far as i know, you dont find Bob, they find you. someone will be along shortly i'm sure, they infest the forums these days

FYI, if you need to contact an alliance, the Diplomacy Chart tends to have up-to-date contact information.
However, if you wish to join a corporation, you should probably try to contact them directly. You'll usually find contact information in their description or webpage.
Why you'd want to join BoB is anyone's guess, given their attitudes, but you can probably tell that they are "invite-only".

Fight them for a while in a different alliance and then defect when the going gets tough. Only works if you fight them a lot and don't act like a tard though. Wait, they took Khal, nevermind on that last part.

Best way to prove to a large alliance that you are worth recruiting is to put a line in your bio stateing your interested in joining them....
And killing as many of them solo as you can.

Well, i have heard rumours of a Gypsy Gallente Mystic who roams around Delve. If your cross her Palm with Zyd, she will put you in 'contact' with 'BOB'
