Last night I was sitting in a station, waiting on a skill to finish, browsing the market, wishing the skill would finish training faster, when I thought of this.
If you could pick ONE skill, out of all the skills in EVE, to train from level 0 to 5, regardless of your other skills (IE, even if you don't meet the requirments) what would you pick? Tough question, huh?
I would probably go with the Command Ship skill.

Caldari Titan.
If anything to get a free 4+ mil sp instantly.
And if I ever got there I doubt many others would have titan to 5 :D

Assuming I had the prerequisites, Fighters or Gallenter Carrier.
From the skills I have now, the next skill I would like to insta-train to V and would actually use would be either Research Project Management or Large Railgun Spec.

i would save it, and 3-5 years from now when EVE fade out, i would still have it and move on to next game... hehehe carebear when its worst hehehe  .
seriously....think command ship would be biggest candidate for it. |

Hmm, that's a toughy, but I'm leaning right now towards AWU, as it helps with 90+% of combat ship, but the 4-5 time is beastly, right up there with racial Battleship V, Astrogeology V, etc.

I won't say titan because I'd never use it.

I already have Yan Jung Technology at level 5 but that's gallente and there are very few gallente cosmos agents and thus few gallente bpcs. I have tons of amarr bpcs but level 5 is needed for all the good ones.

One of the leadership specialist skills, either skirmish or siege warfare specialist.
I may not be completely gimped in the charisma department, but those are my slowest training skills, and getting one of them to 5 for the mindlink (without all the waiting) would be well worth it.

Yeah - the only skill that needs itself at lvl5 to be able to train to lvl1 :)

I would say Either Caldari Dreadnaught, or Gal Dreadnaught, or the carrier skill for either Race. Allthough Capital ships is tempting I don't need it past it's current level 4.
Actually comming to think about it I would want Fighters level 5 I think

Same here - Advanced Spaceship Command is one that will be harsh to train primarily because it won't feel like I'm getting any benefit out of it. But it's required for all the capital ships so if I ever get the cash together for a freighter...

I just sat down and estimated what I would additionally make each week / month just by saving 0.1% tax.
There are just so many more exciting things to train for in 17 days than Accounting IV to V...

Why? You don't get any bonuses having that as a higher skill.
And you only need Capital Construction to 3 to build a capital.
I would pick Gallente Carrier V!
