Wow, GM's really did that? That is rediculous. The station was not controlled by the party that had sovereignity - thus it is not protected that has always been the case and everyone who has half a brain KNOWS this has always been the case.
What an utter joke that GMs take this action, I have to watch people exploit daily and "we're looking into it" responses and someone does something perfectly and they get penalized for it. The station should be restored to the rightful owners and an apology made imo.
Oh and the people who petitioned should be slapped.

Partially because rise aren't that far away, partially because we think the vast majority of rise stinks of an alliance full of dead weight and mostly because of the blatent cowardice, inability and lameness of their leadership;

Just curious - we came to "your" region and what few of you were there.. Is there really 1200 people in your alliance, do you *really* live in OR, CR and Northern Syndicate? These evidence points to no..

So what happens if a Station owning corp leaves their alliance and turns hostile with no intention of handing over the station to their old alliance?
Looks like CCP made one fairly big mistake here.
