Quote: Only God can truly rule man and only God can prescribe who those rulers are. The fact the Amarr Emperor is viewed as ordained by God is proof of this.
Quite the exercise in circular logic. I don't view the Emperor as ordained by God. I view the emperor as the last guy standing in a fight to the death. Is your god so impotent that his decisions can only be divined through trial-by-combat?
Quote: Democracy brings about "politics". Where one man seeks to elevate himself over another for his own glorification.
Because the cantidates for Emperor are doing it because the fancy hat that comes with the job really makes the color of their eyes POP.
Quote: Where lies are told and trusts betrayed in order to secure a higher office.
How about lies told and trusts betrayed to the families of the commanders of the fleet at Vak'Tioth? Men who were branded as traitors for following their orders. Men whose families were cast out and executed because they were faithful. What does it say about your leaders when they destroy the lives of tens of thousands to cover for their own heinous mistakes?
Your entire empire reeks of evil hypocrisy. You are the blood-soaked syncophants of a child-murdering slaving devil-god.
Quote: To the poor and downtrodden they speak of drug rehabilitation and free housing. To the wealthy they speak of the Crystal Avenue and "entertainment" that is truly a gateway to sin. To the middle class they spin yarns about "success" and safety.
We don't expect you to understand that different people have different priorities in their lives.
We just pity your lack of understanding.
Quote: They are not reduced to handing out campaign buttons at some holovid establishment looking for votes. Their place is secure as servants of God and His Empire.
Their place is secure only under the threat of monstrous violence, and seated upon a throne of the blood of those they have enslaved. You only govern with the consent of the governed. Your leaders do no govern, they proclaim. Your emperor could stand in front of a holovid being transmitted to a hundred billion people, and announce that 1+1=4, and you would be forced to agree with him.
You may as well be True Slaves. At least Sansha Kuvakei didn't try to cloak what he was doing in psuedo-spiritual claptrap.
Quote: When forced to choose these Gallente seem to be reduced the candidate they view as the "lessor of two evils"
Better the ability to choose the lesser than to have the greatest thrust upon you, with death your only alternative.
Quote: Amusing how the same can't be said for the leaderless Federation.
The Federation has had a sitting President for some time now. We are not leaderless. You should perhaps consider learning about something before attempting to criticize it. I know that learning anything is anathema to your very existance, but you may be surprised how it helps.

In all my dispatches on GalNet, I shall henceforth refer to the Amarrian god as "The Tooth Fairy," as there is effectively no difference between the two.

Originally by: Soratah ...if you drop to your knees and prey then you'll be welcome and considered Amarrian.
Let me add that the knees will be broken on those who do not.
If you would like, allow us Caldari to act as the force with which those knees shall be broken. Many of us are demanding the return of Caldari Prime to Caldari control, and are being refused that by none other than the Gallente. Furthermore, should this one particularly war-hungry candidate gain the Federation Presidency in the coming election, it shall be nigh-impossible to diplomatically obtain Caldari Prime; in short, we would be forced to taking our First Homeworld by armed means.
May we find compatriots and comrades-in-arms among your humble people, Amarrians of the EVE Galaxy?
