Runa cleanup on your laptop before you plug the internet back in, it looks like its a nasty something or other.
Oh, and on Firefox it just linked to a site with a link to the download, but IE (might) be tricked into auto-downloading it, in the gullible way IE is often tricked. So, be careful, mmm'kay?

DenBrown is probably a play on Derren Brown, a psychological illusionist, magician, and stage trickster. He's famous for doing things like robbing people blind while they're looking right at him without them noticing (like one time when he stole a guys tie while he was wearing it). The Hacker probably thought this was ironic
