It seems to me these guys are planning for the future, if you read their charter, they mention the use of Mobile and stationary platforms.
In the short term hauling seems a viable solution.
Theres even rumors of a hidden station in Fountain thats fully working !, perhaps theres one here too ?

Not at all they can quite easily hold the choke point at BW-JW2 into the lower regions, thereby holding them.. not that many people travel all the way down there I should suspect.
You'd be very surprised just how many people there are in Immensea (and all points south of there) every day
The problem that XETIC will have is when SA and CA stop fighting because they have the stations nearby (well - nearer anyway) to replenish losses or rearm quickly if they decide to take the area. XETIC don't and will ultimately either fail or be absorbed into SA or CA.
That is of course if SA & CA ever stop fighting each other There's a lot of bist down there and limited access - one entry could easily be controlled by SA and the others by SA. They'll eventually work it out I guess

First of all, the corps in Xetic are both big and very good corps. 2:nd, those corps have had previous good relations to SA and CA.
It's very obvious that this alliance is for the future. These regions will be very good when player owned items are out. However, both SA and CA already control large regions without stations. I think it's very safe to bet that CA will build stations to the east of Curse and SA to the south of Stain. Hence neither SA or CA has any need for the regions claimed by Xetic. I'm more worried/interested in what FA will do. But I guess they will either turn towards CFS space or the north of EVE. So I can't see that any already established alliance will attack Xetic.

Oh I'm sure that's the case now Dalman. Things change though don't they - especially if you're talking on the timescale of player-controlled structures.
One more thing - I've seen bist mining ops in Immensea run by both SA and CA corps (obviously not at the same time ), so I suspect not everyone agrees "neither SA or CA has any need for the regions claimed by Xetic".
