XETIC alliance
XETIC is a powerful alliance of strong, independent, but united individuals from four main corporations... X-Trading company, Colossus Technologies, Hegemonic Core and Matari BackBone. "We place our faith in hard work, education and discipline. We prefer free trade and diplomacy, but are not ashamed to use force."
Declaration of Immensea
The XETIC alliance announces the territorial rights to the Immensea region of the EVE galaxy. Our reasons for settling in and around the Immensea area are linked to the spirit and values honored within the XETIC alliance.
We must evolve with new challenge. Corporations, like people, thrive on challenge and decay without it. The time is past for corporate society to use conflict as a driving stress for technological progress. As the galaxy moves forward, we must join together, not in the aggressive embrace of war, but in constructive symbiosis of common enterprise. Facing outward to grasp a greater and nobler challenge than that which we previously posed to each other. Pioneering Immensea will provide such a challenge.
We must strive for this opportunity. The settling of Immensea is an opportunity for a new level of expansion for the XETIC alliance. In which we have a chance to shed old baggage and begin anew; carrying forward the best of our heritage and leaving the worst behind. Such chances do not come often, and we will not take it lightly.
We, the members of the XETIC alliance, have the strength and determination to continue the expansion of EVE's great society by bringing life and commerce to the region of Immensea. In doing so, we shall make a profound statement as to the precious worth of the XETIC alliance and every member contained within.
We believe therefore that the exploration and settlement of Immensea is one of our greatest endeavors yet. We have gathered the members of our XETIC alliance to found, protect and raise this new area of EVE Society to its maturity of peaceful co-existence and dynamic trade. Understanding that the outcomes of even the best ideals are never inevitable, but must be planned, advocated, and achieved by hard work. We call upon all other individuals and organizations of like-minded people, to join with us in furthering this great enterprise by creating the Immensea Federation. Our noble cause is justified by its audacity and we shall not rest until it succeeds.

Aims
:: To establish an area of general peace (cease-fire zone).
:: To prevent player pirate-corps from intruding.
:: NO "locking" the Immensea region from pilots (see enforcement).
:: The 4 regions below Immensea will be the home of XETIC (marked restricted area).
:: To restrict the build up of military forces for any purpose.
Enforcement
:: Prohibit entrance for players with a standing of minus 2.5 or worse (exceptions to be negotiated).
:: Use of military force against offenders.
:: Offenders will be banned from re-entering Immensea space.
:: We expect NO PvP battles in Immensea as we will be policing the region.
Membership/Diplomatic relations
:: We will be announcing the "Immensea Federation" for corporations to join.

Rules of Immensea
:: Only members of XETIC and Immensea Federation are allowed to anchor containers.
:: Only members of XETIC are allowed to place installations (mobile or stationary).

Xetic and Curse NAP (Public version)
Main Points:-
XETIC is a NEUTRAL ALLIANCE and will not be taking sides in the Curse V's SA/FA/EVOL/EVER war effort. All alliances will be given equal opportunity to enter Immensea to conduct hunting. XETIC are going to secure this space as ôOur Homeö We can not see any Military interest to either region.
1) The region known as Immensea and the 4 underlying sectors will be home to the XETIC alliance. (Immensea Protectorate)
2) The region Known as catch will be a neutral zone. No pilot restriction will be enforced.
3) Curse Alliance has agreed to a no fire agreement, for Travel of XETIC members to a designated refinery.
4) No Corp or alliance will be allowed to use Immensea as a staging ground for war strikes, hostile fleet build up will be monitored, and any action required by XETIC will be taken to assure safety for its forces.
5) Boarders have been defined.
6) Hunting and small mining operation have to be arranged prior to entering Immensea regions.
7) Large fleet operation will NOT be allowed in Immensea, small hunting parties if really needed can be pre arranged.
8) The Immensea region will be controlled by XETIC, our laws; we are the police force for that region.
9) If by chance a situation occurs were a faction hunting party and a Curse hunting party (or any other declared war faction) is in Immensea space, then we expect to be notified immediately if any aggressive actions take place. XETIC forces will attend to ensure that no aggressors will be allowed to leave Immensea region. This is a 2 way policy and no sides will be taken, the aggressor will then be banned from entering the Immensea region. Attempts by any corp. to bring XETIC in to the war will mean immediate closure to all and 24hrs notice to any parties to leave OUR space.
10) Negative Pilot security was talked about and is under review, at the present moment in time Curse Alliance has some of its players with Negative ratings, due to recent turn from Piracy. An allowance has been made to ensure Mutual safety; boarder patrols will notify inner regions of non XETIC pilots to minimise loss and ensure a safety. Non XETIC forces MUST ANNOUNCE in local channel their presence so as to alert XETIC pilots and avoid possible aggression. The same rule applies when a member of XETIC enters Curse space.
11) Accidental aggressive actions (I.e. PVP and ship loss.) If by chance a ship or pilot is lost to either side, then a 24hrs Cease fire and NO fly zone will be enforced in the Immensea region. This is to allow the investigative sides of parties involved chance to collect evidence. Which ever party is decided to be at fault will then pay recompense to the victim. A system of trust will have to be employed to ascertain which modules were present on any ship; any left over loot cans will be collected and held until times of re-ownership can be established. (Or monetary value can be globally assigned to all modules, Bear in mind that 99% of items can now be manufactured.)
XETIC forces will NOT allow a retaliation strike to take place, and have agreed to enforce this for ALL alliance and corporations, so as to remain a NEUTRAL party. No extra support will be awarded to ANY alliance; XETIC will remain NEUTRAL to all sides and will enforce OUR laws on the situation.
12) Trade agreements will be discussed.
13) XETIC will be allowed to use a Light escort (1-3 BS) system to ensure its Haulers will be secure on route to and from Curse space. XETIC is aware that Curse is currently in a war and loss can be expected from NON-Curse alliance forces. Curse alliance should be contacted on any possible threats we have encountered in Curse regions. Curse forces will be expected to deal with any breach in their security. XETIC forces will NOT mount a retaliation strike in Curse regions. We will be allowed to defend using our escorts, but if need arises XETIC will withdraw to safer location until such time as itÆs safe to travel again.

Well said on the goals and values of Xetic. We have worked alongside Hegemonic corp for quite sometime and its always been a good relationship.
Though I do not speak for the Curse Coalition, Fubie(Nexus) does that, I would like to ask a few questions and perhaps clarify the CC position in the area somewhat.
As you know Curse region is in a state of civil war with Curse Coalition contesting the Curse Alliance in the region. You mention a NAP with Curse. Does this cover both Curse government factions?
The Curse Coalition Charter allows for free access to Curse for all non-piratical companies. As such CC welcomes you to use and access any refinery or any station services in the Curse region you like. Our same charter forbids CC pilots from interfering with your peaceful and legitimate commerce.
You mention securing a "guaranteed passage" to station by the curse Alliance? Where security is guaranteed by the CA? I am not sure what you mean by this. Sovereignity of that area is not theirs to give or guarantee.
I read your goals and neutrality in the current wars is highly commendable. As you stated you will not show any favoritsm to any one side. The issued statements, however, lean to legitamizing CA's sovereignity of Curse as they make no mention of the CC. Was your intention to claim the CA as governing body of Curse?
I wish you the most success possible in your endeavors and ask that you please contact Fubie and recognize the CC presence in the area so that they may universally recognize Xetic.

Doesnt the CC get it yet? You are not revelant. This is all Fubie and your other cowardly leaders faults. I dont see who recognised CC as anything at all other than the deluded CC members. Even Stain recognised CA as the legitimate governemt. Xetic is a group of good ppl and I wish them much success.

Hurmm... that sounds overly greedy to me.
Howabout this... u claim 1W-MRL, 8L4-XU, OAET-H and leave 0FZ-2H and Immensea out of yer claim?
Or if u guys need to be near a station, just grab Immensea and 0FZ-2H while leaving the other 3 separate regions for another alliance?
U are just trying to claim a way too big area... more than SA and FA toguether.
Keep it realistic and u guys my succed... get on the egotistical and u'll prolly endup in flames... just ask Ragnar.

Not at all they can quite easily hold the choke point at BW-JW2 into the lower regions, thereby holding them.. not that many people travel all the way down there I should suspect.
