Dont assume everyone that has there account comprmized has downloaded some sort of hack or macro. BTW, $50 says the link the spammer is spamming has some sort of logger. Implanting a forced delay would probably require a change in the forum code, which isn't done over night. Guess all we can do is wait for people to start complaining about hacked accounts and the inevetable forced delay.
