Trial and error. It makes the game interesting to invest time in training and then never use those skills much. Makes you plan out what you want to do, instead of simply bouncing around from one thing to another endlessly.

I'd opt for Indianapolis simply because its where I live. I already blow a good grand a month going to raves, last thing I need is to attend a fanfest somewhere along the Bible Belt. Not to mention there is the whole GenCon thing... which I have...
