I have a friend who bought all that stuff to build a POS in high sec and then he realised his corp needed +8 standings with the faction sovreign were he wanted to anchor the POS.
Does this information proceed?
And if yes, what is the best way to rise the corp standing toward the faction?

I'm pretty sure you can only anchor POSs in space up to 0.7

If you want to put up a pos in 0.7 your need your corp standing to be 7 with the empire in which you wish to place the pos.
Your corp standing is all your corp members standing averaged. So if you have one person with 5 and one with 6 your corp standing will be 5.5, also a corp stand can take a few days to to settle to it's right number when people join.

That is the strange part.
We expeled our alts and all players that does not play for a while and we ended with only 3 player in the corp and we all have very nice standings with the faction in focus, but the standing did not changed and that has been like 4 days now.
Any clue?
PS: we know we can anchor only in 0.7 and bellow |

dont forget it's an average of standings not cumulative
example
player 1 8.0
player 2 5.0
player 3 0.1
average 4.36
