Did it ever occur to you that CCP's servers may be located in your area, thus the people who work on them have the same work/sleep schedule as you do? :p

What you're suggesting with rotating down-times means that people who perform work on these servers would have rotating shifts, sleeping at various times of the day/night throughout the week. I dunno if you've ever tried this, but it causes lots of insomnia and exhaustion in the work-place.

The people who work for CCP are just like you, they want a steady work-schedule; this is the schedule they feel maximizes their efficiency. We all know things don't always go according to plan.

I work shift work chief. Like millions of other people worldwide, and barely get compensated for it. I doubt CCP servers are located in Perth's time zone, and if they are then the poor bastards work at 7-8PM every night. They dont have to rotate every day ofc. How about for half the year hawaii cops it and the other half we cop it.
