The EULA clearly says:

"CCP does not warrant that the operation of the System or your access to the System, or that your use of the Software, will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that the System or Software will be compatible with your hardware and software."

Since we all agreed to that, we cannot demand compensation.

If they choose to give us some I would not object however ;)

If in this land of super long skillqueues, you managed to lose skill training time, it is your own fault. if not, why on earth would they give skillpoints out. you haven't lost them, does it suck, yeah it does, I'm in AU and it blows.

4th day in a row and all occur in the prime time of one segment of your playerbase (Oceania).. My guess is that if you did it at 19-22:00 EvE time you would have a HUGE backlash against you.. Instead of segmenting things against one minority group of players how about you reschedule your down time to something like 05:00 EvE where no where near as many players are on from any particular time zone.

Bout time you did a bit of a rethink on what you are doing and what time zones you disadvantage before you lose even more respect from the playerbase. Just saying 'Sorry about that' is not enough!
