Currently a Tengu can easily reach 340k EHP using a T2 fit.

And to summarize the above linked post for the lazy: The Tengu nerf is completely insufficient without a total rebalance on the slot layout and engineering subsystems.
btw, HMLs still suck.

No way you can get above 100kehp on just t2 mods without implants and being able to fit modules in mids and high slots.
Challenge accepted.

WOW because links aren't the common denominator with most of the games imbalances, no Sir not at all.
To balance links I propose that getting killed in a links ship (any ship fitted with links) resets one of your links skills to level 4 randomly.
No, they're not. Because they apply equally to everything.
For comparison, a Rohk with those same links will have a sigRad >500m without an MWD and around 170k EHP, heated.

I thought I mentioned that the Tengu has an extra slot over the Cerberus, meanwhile the Cerberus has so much less HP that it needs a LSE to balance with the Tengu, taking away another precious mid. That gives the Tengu two mids to use for ECM jammers while still leaving its tank stronger than the Cerberus, and without nerfing its damage output either. Oh, and the LSE means the Cerberus loses its sig radius advantage over the Tengu, too. you comparing T3 that can do ecm with hull that can't ecm. What you want to prove? yep cerberus is bad for ecm. If you want a balance compare your T3 fit with recons, because of the same role they provide.
There is nothing to compare. Tengu > Cerberus at everything except missile range.
