We are still out there offering a great home to chilled, laid-back, no drama based toons that like playing the game; especially those that are intruigued by the new FozzieSov NullSec mechanics. We are finding an awesome and comfortable blend between traditional carebear renter style PVE lifestyles in Null and the mechanics of living and enjoying the privileges of Alliance membership.
I have to say that Discoverings has adapted really well to the opportunity; maintaining many of its historic PVE focussed values but also fully embracing the mechanics of modern FozzieSov Null.

I tell you what! It's fascinating living in the biggest NullSec mechanics change in the game and being part of the preparations for it. The Discoverings Team are having a great time nurturing our space, farming it, enjoying it and every now and again tagging on with an alliance operation in some form to deal with the neighbours.
It's one thing to go out in a small fleet with a handful of friends; it is another to go out as part of an alliance fleet in numbers and seeing the neutrals in local scattering like deer in the headlights of our combined numbers as we travel around NullSec.
That said, we still spend 90+% of our time mining, ratting, exploring and chilling on our own Teamspeak having fun. Whilst we have lost our Carebear past in moving over to our new home we have gained so much more and it's really good fun. Whether you fly for 2 or 3 hours a day or so much in a week we can offer you a great home. Give Orion a poke and join us in TS3. Find out what we are about. We are a chill group of pilots all doing whatever we feel like doing unless there are Neuts that need popped. The alliance has people in it from about every timezone and ops are ran at varying times, so whatever timezone your in there is usually some fun to be had. |

Yeah, still a time of big changes with FozzieSov out here in player owned NullSec - but all is good! We are making lots of money, having lots of fun and enjoying the camaraderie and community provided by the Corp. If you aren't truly engaged in a progressive and well positioned Corp in the game then you are making a tough game even tougher still!

Yeah, we've been busy lately. With the advent of FozzieSov the Corp has been very busy - ratting and mining mostly to prepare system upgrades against the mechanics that are coming down the patch release cycle for sovereignty. It's been great fun and its really exciting being part of a huge nullsec alliance in these big changes in the game.
The Corp is looking to keep growing to make ourselves as relevant as we can whilst continuing to offer a great, relaxed and chilled home to toons that want to enjoy the true benefits of living in player owned nullsec. Are you a good ratter? Do you like mining? Both are critical to the new sov mechanics; as is simply being active in your home space.
We've now got over 35 solar systems we call 'home' and all need to be actively used. Come and join in with us as we enjoy the fruits from our systems.
We have excellent markets, great facilities within the Corp, the Alliance and again access to the Super Alliance.

Well, so ends another fun filled month for the Corp up in our home with the SpaceMonkey's Alliance. We've spent much of the month kicking the backsides of Lethal Intent down in cloud ring, but none-the-less we've done brilliantly on the PVE revenue's side.
Corpies brought in over 14 Billion in Ratting income alone and our Miners have excelled in similar amounts in industrial income. Our Rorqual fleet has moved around a few systems in our home area helping to bring up Industry levels for FozzieSov. Whilst doing something very worthwhile for the alliance the miners made a pretty penny out of the accelerated incomes from saturation mining.
We also had a player join corp just 3 days after beginning in the game. He has very quickly embraced life in player owned NullSec despite having zero experience. There's only one drawback to this! He'll never know just how good he has it because he's not seen what other areas of the game are like. That said he's making a good living as a newbie miner and is having a lot of fun.
We also had a new member join who had zero PVP experience; let alone PVP experience in larger alliance fleets. In his first week in Corp he managed to get himself on 107 kills! Wow, way to go! We've hardly seen him since he joined corp as he is more or less out and about all the time with alliance fleets large and small looking for things to pop. Slow down dude, you'll have a hernia!

I'm a new player (only a bit above 300k sp so far), but after reading up some of the info about you corp it sounds like something I would definitely enjoy being part of.
I try to play few hours every day, but I might miss a day or two due to work or other responsibilities.
If you don't mind having a total noob that will most likely ask tons of dumb questions, I would be happy to be part of your corp. |

Discoverings has stabilised its position nestled in the alliance and has dug in really nicely. The corp members are thriving on excessive levels of fun, enjoyment and real-life science-fiction! Levels of ratting are through the roof; our industrial team is doing a wonderful job; our buyback program now flooded with billions of Isk in minerals, ice products and salvage loot. 
On the combat front the Corp is doing really well. PVP listings on zkillboard have us as the second most effective Corp by kills across the entire alliance. Wow; who'd have thought carebears could grow teeth?

Wondering what to do during today's downtime? You could do little better than popping over to our Corp Website at Discoverings and having a good look around. Whilst you won't see all the tools, toys and data that the Corp members see when they log in you'll still get a very good feel for the DNA of the Corp and our maturity and approach to the game.
