What is the ideal setup for Dominix in lvl4s? I noticed it has barely any guns or powergrid, I'm wondering how it can stand up to Megathron. Thanks

at least most of its cap can be directed to tank whereas the mega uses a lot on guns. drones have their problems from what i read, what with mutli groups agressing them.
i think the basic deal is a domi is an easier ship to fit sp wise, prolly wrong as i dont fly them but thats what i've read so far
drones on a domi can deal a lot of damage, but you prolly have to factor in the time they take to get to target as well

Ideal setup is what ever one works for you. Some folks like using guns where others like NOS. I have found for me, I do not need NOS and my real damage is from Drones. I use Heavy plus Sentry drones only and so far I have been able to do any mission handed to me.
With my Domi I have only one gun to get agro. The rest of my highs are a Smart Bomb, Tractor Beam, Cloak and 2 Link Augmentors. Mids I have 1 Omni Link the rest Eutectic recharges. Lows are 4 hardeners(changed to match the rats) 1 Lrg RepII, 1600mm plate and a PDU. With my skills I can run my tank forever and do all my killing with drones.
The cloak is for low sec travel and I find it easier to break up the spawn augro if I cloak first right after warping in.

Shield tank for Angels, armor tank for everything else. If you fit a shield tank, the Dominix has plenty of grid for a full rack of six large rails or blasters. Angel BS like to MWD right up next to you, so having large blasters works out well.
