hacs are lame. and peple sayihng they should cost more than a bs are just stupid. see a BS is pride. a hac is well... some cruiser and nothing else.. what u guys seem to have misunderstood is th efact that bs should pawn cruisers easy. its stupid that ccp made hacs so powerfull.. i did not train for bs 5 to fly hacs, i want it big not small.
ccp release a bs t2 ffs. hacs are da lamer...
ps.. hint. if u want lower prices on hacs. he just dont buy em. you will see prices drop. but theres always someone who want one so i guess it aint going to happend.

common ?? lol its a cruiser t2 ffs.. not some godly ship.. it dont even takes lots of time to train the skills for it.. sure a cruiser should be common, also the t2 version of it.. a bs t2 mmmm should be very uber rare. as start anyway... but then t3 comes ha ha hah a

Its not just HAC prices that have gotten a recent extreme-boost. Look at the Gist B-Type XLarge Booster. That booster was stable around 400-450m for months, but in the last 2-3 weeks I'm seeing them on escrow for 700-800m. Same for the B-Type amp, people are trying to sell it for 200+ now while it was 100m for ages.

Everything has gone up in price. 1400 II artillery was up to 16,5 mill each last time i looked, and modules like MWD, afterburners, EANM II are at least 5 mill each, sometimes more.
The most popular modules and ships are just so much better than the alternative that they can charge huge prices for it.

BCUS went up from 6 mil to 10 mil. TII CMS launchers also went up from arroud 7 mil to 14 mil. 425mm rails also went up from 8 mil to 15 mil.

Basicly you can insure the battleships, but you lose its value in modules instead. :)

i see it from a different side:
now, wehn the prices are ridiculous high, I can finally fit my Corpum Nos on my Vaga because who cares about a 70mil loss when you loose a 300mil ship

I think you may be on to something here. If there is a chance that at a certain close point in time the value of your goods will plumet, then you will of course do all that you can to 'get it while the getting is good'.

If the stuff didnt sell people would lower their prices.

On a related note- when I trained up T2 Drones for the first time several months ago, I bought my first stockpile of them at 1.3 million isk each. Tried to buy some more today- 1.9 million a piece >_<
Suffice it to say, HACs arn't the only T2 item steadily on the price increase.
