Our war against the Directive and their cronies associates progresses with little resistance in the lowsec area of Mito constellation. We are able to conduct our business undisturbed by the Caldari paramilitaries, and have had quite a riot pillaging the very ships the Directive claimed safe under their wings.
Omerta Syndicate was one corporation in our war list that was never seen as a threat. They only brought small, harmless ships to the battlefield, which could easily be ignored, tanked, or destroyed by our pilots.
However, while I was cruising through an asteroid belt in Jan today, Omerta broke free of their usual modus operandi and escalated their war to the next level. My Scorpion-class battleship, ôDark Destroyerö was assaulted by two Vagabond-class heavy assault cruisers. The loss of my prized battleship, a vessel of KosakamiÆs own design, is very unfortunate. . . .
For them.
OmertaÆs cowardly attack on the command structure of The Black Rabbits has signed their death warrant. Gears have been set into motion for a fatal and final retaliatory strike.
Your war declaration was the biggest mistake you ever made. It ends now.

It's unfortunate that your ego spans so far as to suggest that you're going to end my little corporation. No, not corporation, strikeforce.
We're too small and too experienced for you to land any serious blows on our assets, we can hit and move and dance with you and your fleet all night long, Black Rabbits.
The end result will always be this.
I'm sorry if that particular Scorpion meant alot to you, but war's war, Naphtalia, if you don't want to lose it, don't undock.
It's just a shame your capsule escaped.

Ah, Dear Naphtalia...
I have to offer some credit, your Scorpion did hold out a lot longer than I expected it to against two Vagabonds. But I did say you shouldn't underestimate smaller ships or smaller corporations.
I don't know what this amplification of "The End" is about. Sounds interesting though, I'll be sure to run through the shiplogs I managed to salvage from your prized battleship to find out more detail.
Initial reports indicate there were a squad of marines with you at the time? I hope we didn't disrupt anything too important.

We by no means underestimate small groups of pilots or Omerta Syndicate, to be perfectly honest with you i was pleasently suprised to see your pilots actually come out in something other then a pathetic interceptor or cruiser. Hopefully we will see more of you and i look forward to killing you myself.

The Scorpion was designed by Lai Dai while Kosakami was still just a punk kid flying a Condor. Or were you too busy running through the woods with a stick and a pair of plastic rabbit ears to attend that class in school?

Uh, well... the Scorpion has been in service for a few years. The Guristas cartel was formed say a decade and spare change ago. So yeah, he was just a punk kid flying a Condor.

No, I was very busy trying to support my father who had gone somewhat mentally ill after my mother's death. The megacorporations don't necessarily leap to the aid of people experiencing post-traumatic depression. After I made sure he was okay I completed my studies and moved on to the Syndicate.

I find this little passage rather humours, a band of pirates that attack single ships in groups of 6 and 8 find the attack of one ship by two a cowardly act.

Yeah, a couple years ago I was told some guys at Lai Dai had designed it too.
Anyway, once again I am sorry. This brings back some bad memories, and of course I didn't want to see any of my friends hurt. I'm just glad she's still alive, not that it means anything coming from me.

I did not act on a whim, I only acted the way I did because I found the truth. My mother did not die at Palermo. She was alive at least several months afterward, and something or someone kept me from her. I'm assuming that it was Zaitsev, but it really doesn't matter. My entire existence in the Syndicate was a lie. I would have never stepped into the role of combat pilot if it wasn't for that.
Believe me when I say I wanted to leave peacefully.
If you want to blame someone for my defection, let it be my cousin. You will never get to her though.
But like you said, you're probably not reading this.
