Bit early to be calling this a change, or even a decision, isn't it?
What change has been made already, or even what has been officially announced?
I was able to vote all 4 options. Was that the intention? While I can't fly a super, I wasn't sure what the criteria was to be classified as a 'supertoon', so I included myself just in case.

One thing to think about is this change will come as part of some sort of package deal. For example, some of the super's functions will shift to other ships. Some go away (like the need for structure bashing). Also, from what I heard, the things the supers would be doing go far beyond being a ship with command links. More like the effects you see in wormholes. Drop one on the field, and the entire game changes.

I suggest removing supers at all and refunding pilots in minerals to the nearest NPC station.
Yes mineral prices will crash , but players will manage at some point to burn them in the subcapital fleets.

voted yes because supers should be command ships but
add to supercarriers +10 make hics infinite point a -5 warp scrable strenght
and allow supercarriers to fit harvester mining drones and mining lasers .
why?
since fighters have nerfed scan resolution , and we are losing assisting fighters why not counterbuff them more?
ah yes skynet was big problem and they deal with it in worst possible way, so make supers and carriers even less useful
supercarrier means supercarrier , maybe should be tech 2 variant of normal carrier instead of second class. and titans could be just tech 2 dreads |

Why the hell Goons would be crying loud ? if there is a block that will come on top of this (if actually CCP does it) would be CFC since they have way more people on their ranks then the other Super Block.
If there is someone that is being hit hard with this change would be PL + NC. since they rely on their Super Capitals advantage to come on top on the BF.  |

well when bombers came out, goons took 8 supercarriers and jump another supercarrier, killed it in 8 mins and jumped out.
so yeah id be QQing to since I have every cap skill and had my mobilehome nerfed to nothing.
only reason for me to even think about going to 0.0 anymore after summer changes was if I was to go do industry and run a local market, since we can just have neutrals running outside side of empire with out someone going twitchy over having a kill
