His post links to a site with a single "DOWNLOAD EVE SOFT HACK" or something. Downloading and opening the file (or indeed visiting the site, due to 0-day exploits) will probably install a keylogger onto your system.
We are on it. ___

Thanks for the emails. The CCP team should implement a solution soon. Otherwise all of the mods will just get RSI and we won't be able to mod. ___

Well, there are things CCP can do. Please note the recent news item from Kieron, and the many insightful posts in this thread from users who know what they are doing regarding information security.
And for the record (person opinion only), I don't believe Tom H would do this himself. I personally believe his account was in some way compromised, unfortunately. I don't usually discuss bans, but I think it would be obvious that he can't post using his account right now. So please share with him what you have noticed today in the hopes he can get himself sorted out as soon as possible, and assist him in getting his machine squared away. ___

Thanks to the great moderator team we have this was handled as fast as it could, and we are working on ways to limit the damage these attacks can do. But you should all still be very careful with what links you press and such, and get a good internet security package of some kind, as kieron wrote in a recent news item.

Well, www.mozilla.org probably isnt compromised. :) Then again, its possible to write some javascript to display something else than the real URL when you mouse over it. Only works with html though, so not in these forums. :)
Oh Jim m'boy, I was being quite facetious.
As an avid FF user since release, I was simply poking fun.
Besides, you are such an easy target! ___
