Tested on 1.8.4
Basically put this into the killboard directory as gen_v2.php. And then access it by http://yoursite/gen_v2.php?(your user number)
The "default" image will load (sig/V2_D.jpg) and the information applied on top. If you want to use a custom image for a player then put the following image in your sig director : V2_(your user number).jpg
The code as it is will perform different functions if a custom image isn't loaded. Basically, if the default is loaded the code will add on the name. I have included a PSD file so you can create your own custom images.
I *may* potentially release a version that works with the new Falcon KMS.

That's a great idea. My corp has an eve-killboard.net board, and a member of my corp has asked if we could have a simple banner on the main site showing the last corp kill/loss, to save people going to the killboard.
Unfortunately, I haven't a clue how to do it.
This I'd guess would be similar. If anyone could let me know how, I'd be grateful.

Magica, let me know if that code is up, might want to tinker around with it, I have no time to explore the backend of how eve-killboard works at the moment, but I'd love to make some nice looking banners.

It involves an API we have added to eve killboard that allows it to spit out xml, this along with the capability to network killboards will be coming soon. The banners are an offshoot of this new api and with my SigGen plugin and this api you will be able to create fully templated signatures, with as much or as little information as you want. The templates are done in simple xml as well and use a png as the back ground image.
You will see all of this soon with our first fork release of the opensource eve killboard.
