Seeing as the Ballistic Deflection Field II BPO went for 12B, then I suggest it might be conducive to bidding if you started by mentioning 28B as a figure. That's not a small leap.

If you want serious offers, either tell your friends that have
made an ingame offer to make it public or make an auction.
You know that there is and have existed people that had 'ingame'
offers to bump the prices up, no offend, but again, if you want
serious offers, make them be PUBLIC in that case.

yeh im basically looking to findout if some is willing to top my current ingame bid of said amount
considering that I sell these in some regions for 6mil a piece, it is grossely unfair to compare it to the ballistic field dissipation II which sells for 2mil a piece.
hence if the ballistic bpo is selling at 12b and heat shields sell for 3 times as much per unit, then you get where im heading with this............

i have roughly 24 hrs to give the origional ingame offer my answer, so due to time constraints , a auction wouldnt be practical, hence just asking for alternative offers from the community.

Interestingly enough, the unit price of these modules took a leap from 4 to 6 mil just two weeks ago... almost as if someone was planning to sell their BPO soon and decided to try some market manipulation to drive the price up...

Did this get sold?
Interesting, though...I own this BPO as well. If it's going for in the 20's and/or upwards of 30 billion, I might consider selling, as well. 
This BPO is an awesome earner. I'm just not into the industrial side of the game at all. Got the mad skills...just bored with it.
Note: This is not the actual character that holds the BPO...just don't want the actual character's EVEmail to get hammered.
