Im on an isk drive at the moment and i was wondering
Can i make more isk with
1. A mobile base scanning Orca with cloak in nullsec and a Tengu
Or
2. Two faction/deadfit faction Battleships/Tengus running level 4 missions
Your informal but informative answers please.
Suplimentary question
can you mwd/cloak trick with the orca in lowsec or do you need a special set up. I obviously need it to get around Gatetards Something Awful. A beacon for tearful, lonely neckbeards. |

Potential for more money in null, but can't get the frequency you could with lvl 4's. So make a chart on your avg run in null v lvl 4 see what happens. |

You don't sound very risk averse which is good with your orca plan, But would you plan on running around a specific constellation? (Don't be overtly detailed in your answer) If so things could get very unreliable as you may not even get any anoms on a certain night. But if you are flat out roaming any sort of camp will catch/destroy you so long as they have a bs or two. I can't see that being truly profitable (More like costing an orca/tengu every week)
Meanwhile running fours is nowhere near as fun and doesn't have the same isk potential and is mostly safe (unless your flying something stupid expensive, that justifies me warping 3-5bs into your mission and alpha'ing you.) |

Have you considered level 5 missions? IMO they're a nice compromise between the two options you laid out. They're in low sec, so it's never boring, and if you're good at keeping your losses down, they're more rewarding than level 4s. |

Hilarious.... and very subtle. But do you really think they will swallow it?
Probaly so, nobody ever went broke underestimating the general intelligence levels, eh?

Think you mean to assist the Tengu. That would probably work fairly well. |

drake and dominix works fairly well too.. maze 10/10
Tengu can clear up small sanctum under 20mins anyway. talking about ham tengu, since i havent tried HM.. well even expensive drake can clear up small sanctum under 20mins.
in other words solo tengu 600mil per 11hrs... just on bounties at sanctums. Problem is .. Sanctums are scarce at full systems with no chance to get in
98 percent of whole null is therefore without any kind of usefull anomalies.

Dualbox ngeddon (or navy mega, depending on rat type) + sentry domi, assign sentries to ngeddon/navy mega, clear sanctums or forsaken hubs (roughly same payout as sanctums) before the first tick as well.
Cheaper, as effective as the first
But that's the general idea on dualboxing PVE ships to avoid unecessary stress. You take a main ship and a support ship with sentries to assign. Support ship can fit tracking links, sebos, remote repair.. whatever strikes you fancy. Domi is the best one, because it can provide support and fit a local tank at the same time. Yeah. Agreed. Any anomaly not called havens or sanctums are useless.

well. There are not sure some hubs which provides an chance for escalation. Working for group ussually doesnt mean best isk/hr ratio. It means good feeling that you help building something.
Anyway doing plexes does provide spike income and its ussually the best way, since it doesnt involve mindless grind. You make doing plexes in one day what i would be doing an week. |

anyway if you want isk/hr ratio screw ratting, screw plexing, screw missions.
Go for market.
You can make much more isk in there, without undocking. |

Agreed with above poster.. unfortunatly you will most definatly NOT find any market guides that will help you make any decent profit. Market PVP is the most fierce kind of PVP in EVE. Not even your own mother would give you tips on that kind of PVP. Rated ARG for Pirates. **** you. |

Cheap and dirty is my opinion. If you happen to get ganked, you don't lose a lot of ISK.
I used to fly an alt in a dual prema running large rep domi with ogres which would go in each stage of any plex, including 10/10, and get all aggro from everything using a civilian gun to get aggro, and then come in a fully gank typhoon, no tank at all, which carried rep drones and ogres. If damage is very high at first, use rep drones on domi. Typhoon drones on guard domi, domi drones just running wild killing whatever. Typhoon cranks out dps. Make 20B isk in 6 weeks playing very casually, as I work full time and have a family. |

Thanks gents
There is so much good information here.
A few points
1. i totally agree that useful anomolies are thin on the ground. Everyone and their mother is scanning all of the time
2. im liking the tank and tha gank fit, although i am ninja at the moment which is why moving BS through enemy territory was as issue which is why i thought a scout tengu and moving an orca at the right times might be a better option. Although i do no someone who uses three tengus on a triple box but thats a lot of isk to lose if it goes wrong
3. Ive done Market-pew before and its a tedious process. You can make tons of isk very quicky but you have to be prepared to update 0.01 isk with people who sit at their computers and update all 200 orders and when they have finished start at the top again. There are those that do it one a day or once a week and still make profit but it can be tedious when you update and 5 minutes later your 3rd or 4th on the list.

At the risk of getting pitchforked to death...
Anomalies were bad before the expansion. Now Sanctuns, Havens, Forsaken Hubs, Forsaken Rally Points and Forlon Hubs are all good to go, and great money to be made off of them. EVERY system should have at least three good anomalies (Yes, even -0.01 systems). Rated ARG for Pirates. **** you. |
