 yes, i know this situation is caused by running a lot of missions against gallentes. This is my char since the beginning, not like you. dont acuse me without proofs...

Train the diplomacy skill if you haven't already., that should increase your standings.

Im getting increasingly worse standing with the different factions aswell by pirating and would also like to know if you can get those standings upp again. I know how to get concord upp but how do I get the different faction standings upp?

Well not sure if it still works, but back in the day you could increase standings with one of the races by killing stuff that that race doesnt like. For example, each race has one of the other races as a primary enemy for roleplay purposes (gallente and caldari dont like each other, minmatar and amarr dont like each other). Each race also has one NPC pirate faction that they dislike more than the others. Kill stuff from the factions they dont like (or basically go in gallente space and kill NPC pirates) and it USED to raise your standings. Not sure if it still does, because im smart enough to not get NPC factions to the point where they shoot me.

that's right, im training social lvl IV, it increase my standing at 5% per level, i make calcules now ive -5.17 with Gallente Federation, with social lvl IV, it will be -4.91 and at least gallente police wont attack me.
Other questions, atm they only target me, they didnt fire. Its possible kill them?? Do you know what kind of loot drop them?
I heard they are invulnerables...they use EW alot...if i attack first will take part concord on fight? or i must hope they attack me first...
excuse my english, isnt my language.

Having simular problems, I would like to point out that the issue can also be caused by shooting a ton of people from the gallente noob corps ;) Or atleast I think so, I have not been in empire for ages :(

its my first time that occurs me this ... i know is about standings ... also im not 24h. connected, ive rl and other things that keep my mind.
As i say ... i continue being a noob ... always in EvE i learn a new thing.

Um.....no.
Social increases your standing gain by 5% per level. So with social IV you'll gain standing 20% faster than without, for, say, running missions and such.
What you want is diplomacy.
