Talidorn Pandoras Mining Covanant	Posted - 2006.10.16 20:56:00 - [1] Prize: Thanatos - Gallente Carrier with your choice of 10 fighters (your choice of types) Ticket cost: 25,000,000 isk paid to the PMCO Lottery Cashier - Lucious LaRue Maximum number of tickets: 10 per person Lottery closing: 27 Oct 2006 unless all tickets are sold prior to the 27th (then closing is the day last ticket sells) Winning number determination: DJIA .XX will determine the winning number on the day of closing. Delivery: Monday following the draw (30 Oct 2006) Pickup: to be announced to winning ticket holder only Rules: All tickets do not need to sell, but if the winning ticket number is not chosen by 27 Oct 2006 I will refund ALL ticket purchases (this is to keep some of the naysayers quiet). If existing ticket holders do not want a refund they may opt for a transfer of the ticket to the following weekly ticket draw. Even if only 1 person buys a ticket and it is the winning number that person will win a Thanatos & 10 fighters for only 25M isk! I understand that some might wish to point out that we will be making a profit. That is obvious, no need to spam this thread with your comments. Please only reply to this thread with ticket orders. We will not take any orders ingame. To get a ticket you must reply with the number of tickets you wish to order and any numbers you wish to reserve. If you do not pick numbers we will assign you a number starting with any open ticket starting at .00. Please also include the types and number of fighters you would like (remember max of 10 fighters).

We are going to start running Carrier lotteries every week (as long as we can keep up with the build reqs). Q2. Can I mix fighters for a total of 10? A2. Yes, you tell me what fighters you want. I will be sure to have them available to you on the day of delivery. Q3. If I am the only ticket purchaser and my number is picked will I win? A3. Yes. And we will be very sad for the loss of isk on our part. Q4. What if the winning number wasn't purchsed? A4. Then all isk will be returned to ticket purchasers. This assures a Lottery winner (or you get your money back)! Again, if (and only if) no winner is chosen... all isk will be returned to ticket holders. Ticket purchasers have the option of moving their ticket to the next weekly auction. Q5. Can you explain how the DJIA number will pick the winner? A5. I will use http://finance.yahoo.com/q?d=t&s=%5EDJI on the Weekday of closing. If all tickets sell on a weekend day, the Monday following will determine the winning ticket number. Looking at http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=%5EDJI you can see on 18-Sep-06 the Close number is 11,555.00. So the winning ticket (if drawn on that day) would have been .00. Q6. How long can I "reserve" my ticket number? A6. 24 hours. After 24 hours without payment your ticket number reservation slot will be lost and returned to the available pool of numbers. All tickets MUST be paid for 24 Hours before closing of auction. In other words, I will not take a ticket order on the 13th. Any tickets not purchased (even if reserved) will be dropped one hour prior to the draw. Q7. Besides the forum, is there any way to track that I've paid you? A7. Yes. Please also send me an eve-mail stating what number you have paid for. I will reply that I have given you your ticket. My wallet and yours are also keeping track that you have paid me for a ticket. Q8. Will I get a refund if someone else wins? A8. No, This is a lottery not a pension plan. :) Q9. Can a person from your corp buy tickets? A9. Yes. It is a lottery. Since the winner will be determined by DJIA I do not see a reason to disallow them.
