i'm in a bit of a sticky situation, I used a game time card on the wrong account(which I never wanted to use). you can stop laughing now. the problem was I can't log into the game or "my character" page on an inactive account to make sure, and I thought I had the right one but it turns out not so.
I petitioned, I asked the GM if he could move the game time to the right account(which i have correctly now) and deactivate this account. I haven't set any skill or used the character at all(i petitioned on the select character screen and never went past that screen), and its been a couple of days and I was wondering, before my waiting eats up more game time, if GMs actually fulfill requests like this or if I'm SOL.
If anyone with any experience in this sort of problem could respond it would be great.
Also how long does a billing and accounts petition usually take? I'm new to petitions and dont really want to wait 30 days for this to resolve.

tbh I dont think they can help you out there.
maybe they have entraordinary customer service, but in my mmorpg experience so far this is usually something where you are left alone

Well, you could use the normal way: email to [email protected] from your registered email adress. The GM are pretty flexible and try to help wherever they can. And they're pretty fast when it comes to account questions.
@Huitzli: Forum moderation is more important than answering a valid question, eh? I will send you such stuff as soon as the PM functionality is implemented --*=*=*--
The cause for this is not yet known, but we do have a possible fix in testing. by Sharkbait | 2006.09.20 |
