i dont know much about POS's and stuff...and i'm not trying to flame anyone here, this is just a curious question...but to me that kinda looks like a hauler flying around? is there something i should be looking out for??

This was just a video showing the player responsible for refueling the poses, The whole issue is that because of a bug or exploit or whatever the towers were able to be refueled while in reinforced. Wether or not V are responsible for causing the bug is simply speculation but the video quite clearly shows that the bug was abused and that the towers were refuled intentionaly when it is quite obvious that something is not right.

Something else i am trying to get my head around is that, if the bug was indeed caused by the server crash and not by a V player, Why did they have a Hauler with fuel ready to go just before the poses came out of reinforced instead of several hours later when the shields would have been recharged enough to allow for the refueling like would you expect to normaly occur?

To see the actual bug go to the first page of this thread, There are several videos showing the timer ticking down. 10 seconds 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 and then... resetting back to over 24 hours.
