To CORE and IRON, you have stated grievances against two parties:
1) CorpPunishment/Racetrack Express for anchoring an unauthorized POS in Fade 2) ISS alliance management for not expelling the offenders soon enough.
However, you are primarily retalliating not against these parties but against the other member corps of ISS, the 99% of ISS members who adhere to the ISS charter and respect their neighbors. These other member corps have done nothing to IRON, CORE, D2, or any other northern alliance, and in fact had a very positive view of you before this conflict started.
We are not alts or spies, we have not infringed on your space, and bear absolutely no responsibility for those other ISS corps who have infringed. What we are is less experienced than you at PvP, with fewer members, fewer skill points and less ISK. We are working to build combat ability, but it is difficult and will take months to even come close to your level, if we can survive in the North that long. We are badly outmatched by you in combat and, in the long run, we cannot hope to prosper with you harassing us in Pure Blind.
You have made clear what you expect from ISS management. What do you expect the member corps of ISS to do? Do you want us to make some sort of pledge not to infringe on your space? Do you want us to quit ISS? Do you want us to quit EVE? What?? Not that your behavior of late makes us particularly inclined to follow your wishes, but I'd really like to hear what those wishes are.

2 things:
1) Stay out of alliance space. Simply put, alliance space is for its owners and residents who are paying rent. Ratting and mining are taking resources out of alliance space, without compensating said alliance for it. I'm not trying to be mean here, but rent & taxes compenstate the owner for the costs of keeping said space under control and safe.
2) Hold your leaders responsible. Your problems right now are because ISS leadership has taken actions that are causing problems for us. It's in your best interest to make sure they are upholding their neutrality, ensuring pirates can not use ISS resources, and promptly dealing with people who break the above. Your leaders make you take the punishment for their incompetence. We're perfectly happy to let you be when your leadership isn't causing problems. ---- AUS Corp Lead Megalomanic |

We have never been to your space. All we have done is mind our own business and try to make a living in Pure Blind, until you all came down and started griefing us.

How? The leaders of ISS are not responsible to shareholders, not to the member corps. Go attack the ISS shareholders, if you dare. You'll find them to be much more challenging PvP opponents than a bunch of industrial corps that just recently moved to 0.0.
Stop blaming other people for what you are doing. You are the ones coming down to where we live and shooting at us.

Flawed statement.
Surely the whole point of neutrality is that you do not take sides.... So anyone who is not hostile to ISS can use the neutral outposts.
Or are you telling ISS which corps to put on their KOS list and deny docking rights? Doesn't sound very 'neutral' to me. Sounds like you don't actually want a neutral entity, you want someone who does what you tell them to.

POS in Fade - Members of AirHawk Alliance helped launch the POS in fade against their CEOs wishes and without his knowledge. They are now no longer members of AirHawk Alliance. ISS management gave AirHawk 7 days to explain themselves, after a reasonable explantion couldn't be giving AirHawk was kicked from ISS. Do you have anything else to grief about now?
ISS management stepped up. Big deal if they didn't step up within 2 minutes of you finding out about the POS, they gave all parties involved time to research the situation and then took action. Krin - forget the rest. |

Edited by: Djihn on 23/10/2006 19:53:54 ItĘs been a while since IĘd seen this thread so I thought IĘd jump in & at least clear up some things, since I think AHE is being painted in a bad light.
It is true of course most notably by the information on the left that we are in fact no longer in ISS, hehe we were kicked while I was out of town for the weekend.
The POS dropped in Fade was dropped by 3 of our Corp members without my knowledge & it was *NOT* an AHE/ISS POS. it was dropped by a newbie Corp made up of their 3 alts with the sole purpose with which to locally mine since our home system of EC was impossible for them to work.
The same day that I found out about it based on the implications of my members I actedą.not in 7 days, but in hours, & posted my response in the ISS forums on the same night as the discovery. The very next day I waited up for Count to get on so I could get his thoughts on the issue directly & he was completely unaware of my post, but I passed on that I had investigated & posted the version of the story that was handed to me.
I reprimanded the highest ranked member of AHE & asked that he speak to the other 2 about it. I also passed on the directive that under NO circumstances will there be an ōAHEö ship seen in that system. & despite it being not our 1st inclination to kick the members based on their exemplary history with AHE, I also handed down the directive that no member of AHE will assist in itĘs tear down & movement, nor will we defend it. I told them 3 days after not hearing the position of ISS or the ISS MGT team to go ahead & with the alts only, remove it. About that time it was laid siege to so I figured they learned their billion isk lesson for the month.
So in short this message to say 2 things. It was done without my/AHEĘs knowledge to not only keep it from us, but protect us. I donĘt believe the intent of the offenders was malicious but I would agree it is selfish from an income point of view.
It was out of respect for me that Corpunishment & Racetrack left AHE & was not by design of myself or any of the officers.
& also to confirm that AHE did in fact express due diligence to get this matter resolved, however it was not addressed & at the time since it was NOT an AHE installation I was simply trying to keep distance between the POS & AHE. My post on the ISS forums was essentially the same message as relayed here & got many many views with not a word. Since the POS was not my corpĘs we had no power to remove it outside of my direction to the alt corp & therefore was completely out of my hands. As I said by the time the weekend rolled around & the members had taken steps to dismantle the POS it was already being attacked.
