The Disagreement is that someone i know claims that ĉPageĈ Capacitor flux coil give a recharge rate of 21.4% recharge, which would make it better then a T2 cap recharger, for which I know canĈt be true.
IĈm claiming it give a 17.647% Recharge rate. ĉPage' capacitor flux coil is same as a T2 capacitor flux coil.
Stats from ĉPageĈ Capacitor flux coil 30% capacitor recharge rate bonus -15% capacitor bonus.
The flux coil multiplies cap amount by 0.85 (removes 15%) and multiplies recharge time by 0.7 (removes 30%) Formula that other person is using 0.85/0.7 would give 21.42857143%
The above formula would allow you to compare a module that increases the total capacitor by %.
IĈm claiming that the formula he is using is back to front and he is claiming the same about formula IĈm using. Formula I use to work out cap recharge to compare to a T2 cap recharger. 0.7/0.85 would give 17.64705882%
The above formula would give allow you to compare a module that decreases the recharge time.

we take a base value total caps as 1125 and total cap regen at 201sec 1125/201 = 5.597014925 x 2.4 = 13.43283582
take page cap flux coil module that take 15% away from total caps, and reduce the cap regen time by 30%
Total Caps after 15% total deducions. 1125*0.85 = 956.25
Total time after 30% deduction. 201*0.7 = 140.7
Taking the modification of page cap flux coil. 956.25/140.7 = 6.796375267 x 2.4 = 16.31130064
To find out what the total cap recharge of module like PDS or Flux to compair to a cap recharge use the fomular below.
'Page' Capacitor flux coil i 30% to cacitor recharge rate Bonus = 0.7% -15% total capacitor Bonus = 0.85%
0.7% devide by 0.85% = 0.823529412 or 17.64705882%
take the regen time of 201sec 201*0.823529412 = 165.5294118
1125/165.5294118 = 6.796375267 x 2.4 = 16.31130064

And he is perfectly right in his calculations. The actual capacitor/second recharge is 21.42% better as before.
But you are ALSO correct. It is NOT better as a Cap Recharger II. Why ? Because CRII gives you -20% to recharge speed, hence a 1/0.8=1.25, or in other words +25% better recharge rate.
Don't you just love math ?
Cheers for that, I came to the same conclusion that both where right, shortly after my post and edited my post some what to show that.
But what value would be easier for other people if you where going to show what the module give when escrowing comparing it to a cap recharger.
If someone showed that it gave a 21.42% regen your automatically going to compare that with what displayed on cap recharge t2 in game, and IĈm sure that will catch out a lot of people as in my case.
Be easier to use the method I used to convert the module values to show same value given in game for cap recharge making it a 17.647%, which is reducing of regen time.
