I would sign this but I stopped flying amarrian =P
Trained up for projectile T2 mediums and put a pause on T2 large to see how Kali would effect them (I don't want to be flying a tier 3 minmatar BS if it can't instapop ships anymore...of course with a few other minnie's by my side it should work).
The ishtar is looking mighty lovely though... ---
Lisento Slaven wants to be a Space Whaler in EVE.

PS: What was that Khanid MK2 thing about anyway?

Read, enjoy, and dream. It's probably the single best player-designed revamp I've seen done in any MMO, because he provided actual motivation, appropriately balanced changes, and absolutely nailed the sweet spot of "attractive class of ships with a unique place in the world."
Ironic that a die-hard Minmatar advocate gave it to us Amarr as perhaps his defining work.

Definition One :
Quote: Punk music on estrogen. Often acoustic guitar with soft, high male vocals that dwell exessively on the singer's feelings, especially melancholy remembrances of past relationships/mistakes in life. A form of music that diverged from punk in the '80s, the name "emo" is derived from the emotive style of the lyrics and music. This genre has lately been marketed heavily by the music industry to teenagers with bands such as Dashboard Confessional and Taking Back Sunday, and has seen much commercial and mainstream success. The music has also spawned a subculture which conforms to certain conventions in dress such as tight sweatshirts, tight band T-shirts and horn-rim glasses. Adherents profess to exessively melancholy temperments. Males that adhere to the emo subculture are sometimes confused with metrosexuals; indeed the line between the two is somwhat blurred, though both groups claim to be intouch with their emotional side. The ephemeral and hackneyed nature of emo songwriting suggests that its audience will be restricted largely to teenagers. the genre suffers from a lack of credibility outside the aforementioned demographic group, much like current Nu Metal bands.

Yep, that's right, with his support EANs will get nerfed.

Amarr was once the solopwnmobile race, then it was Minnie's with their massive volley powah, who is next? the gheylente? nope, they will run out of cap just about when they get their target to structure ... thats right folks Caldari win again :(
But yes, Amarr are the most nerfed race atm and need to do massive amounts of thermal and a teensy bit EM (as someone in another thread mentioned, lasers are light amplified and cause fupall radio interference) .. another slot on all Amarr ships would be nice too |

To give Tux some credit, he posted further along the thread that he meant the rechargetimer gets a 50% increase so the overall shield-recharge/sec stays the same...
I do admit haveing cap-issues on amarr ships. Absolution in particular... Most ppl put on 2 medium reps, wich is a must if you want to tank more then 250dps, but at a cost... you must use a cap booster to run them for about 200sec and that doesnt include enemy noses.
I see me run 3 noses and 4 guns on absolution after the HP changes just to be able to fire my guns and tank with 2 reps, wich puts it to the Zealot dps at Battleship speed. But if the enemy runs out of cap, the 2nd rep becomes useless.
I wonder if CCP realized that the domination 10mn is the best faction AB wich gives the Absolution the speed of a Apoc with gisti B-Type 100MN. That alone is kinda silly in it self. A Battlecruiser should be faster then Battleships, atm they are not...
I also spent some time compareing sleipnir tank with absolution tank. While both use faction mods and capbooster the mini Command tanks 1200+ dps and the absolution 700dps (with 2 top reps) for about 3-4 minutes. The point here is that the sleip can use a BS shield booster but fitting a BS armor rep is out of the question. Should the Mini Command really have the powergrid to fit a 500MW faction booster?
well that my 2 cent to this.
