As the title says, 'MicroGang Help' is a new channel that myself, along with Sturm Gewehr have decided to make. Announced on the fanfest 2015 stream- we are trying to bring MicroGang / competitive PvP to you.
If you are interested in how to 'fly with / like us' then check out the channel. This is another great way to start breaking into the microgang community. MOTD is as follows:

All we promise is that our experts will take you out on roams, allowing you to learn the ropes.
We leave from thera. Use http://www.eve-scout.com/ to find a hole near you.
In order to qualify to come on a roam, you must:
Have TeamSpeak
Be near / In thera with ship
X up when someone calls
Roams will happen when individual experts feel like it. We use a lottery system. When a roam is called, simply X up and if you are chosen, you will receive a private chat. Lottery is used to determine who makes it. Sizes of fleets are extremely limited, and depend on individual expert.

To all the people thinking on joining this channel, the only thing that you will learn is that for being an expert you need out of grid boosters and newb adversaries, eventually ratters.
Because from what I could see in your videos was:
a) How to kill very soft targets
b) Fly with a team In harder fights complety stoned with boosters and drugs
All these rolled in a supposed superior flying technique... shame that I didn't see it on the very rare ocasions that we meet in Providence, if I remember correctly you just run away.
