But when a superior Military force comes after them they hideout till the heats off then return to rob, plunder and kill. That does not sound like any Pirates I have ever heard of.

The one ***** camping the gate in a BS was NOT Heretic Army, just some squid looking for cheap kills on frigs. The guys I fought with and lost to were HA folk and they fought with honor. A request for 1v1, frig only- was met each time by exactly that. I lost because I ran throwaway, mission-loot fitted T1 crap. Maybe my skills weren't there, maybe my tactics blew-- but they didn't cheat or camp the gates while I was having my ships melted. It's a limited experience admittedly, but in a couple encounters with HA people I've yet to have any trouble, other than legitimate piracy tactics. Pirates? Yeah, but that's Eve. All I can say is that I got fair fights out of them. I had no problem at all being blasted into space dust by the HA dudes I met. As for the system, well that's a no-brainer as it's so close to Rens. When I am in the mood to look for trouble in low sec, it's the first place I head for too. I can't blame HA for playing the game WELL. Anyone that opens the star map will see it's a great place to set up for piracy.

One thing I noticed when they decided to chill in Amamake for a few days was: there were no Heretic Army kills on their board. You bros were too scared to undock. Even Lukka with his triple sebo arty cane that gets scooped by the carrier alt and docked at the first sign of trouble. Thus: PL owns wherever they go, PL owns you. I would suggest you're just mad that you can't seem to catch T1 frigates like Heretic Army hence why you remove them from the stats. Any other ships you'd like to arbitrarily remove to increase your stats?
