The faith of those that refuse to accept the results of the championship is weak. To say that god's will could not manifest itself due to a particular rule or choice of participant is sheer folly.
They object to outsiders observing the trials, what better way to show others the worth of our traditions than by allowing them to see them in action?
They object to other bloodlines being allowed in the trials, after speaking repeatedly on how their lives would be improved by accepting our ways. Here a Minmatar, the most lost of sheep, bowed to our traditions, and in doing so showed both their worth and the hope of redemption for their people.
God's chosen champion would have won in nothing more than an Impairor with a civilian gatling laser, by allowing relatively equal arms mercy is shown to those that lost, allowing them to keep confidence in their martial skills.
To say that heirs Tash-Murkon and Kador would ignore tradition and not fulfill their duties upon the coronation of Doriam I is base slander at best, heresy at worst, more so for coming from the lips of an Inquisitor.

I'd have to agree with Hardin here, although that is not suprising as my sole wish regarding this matter is the death of Sarum.

It is true brothers and sisters that we are indeed mired in troubling times. Our faith, our god, and our society are being threatened by a powerful and ugly and deadly enemy. That enemy that seeks to destroy all that we hold dear is Lord panther and those who follow his brand of sedition.
Let us show them them no mercy. Those who hold true to the emporer and the scripture will not be fooled by these outcasts. Do not let their serpants toungues slick with the honey of evil sway you from the true path of rightiousness.
This wicked serpants who attempt to spread their sickness must be stamped out immediately and without pity. They do not deserve the powerful ammarian blood that flows through their veins and it must be taken from them before they pollute the empire with their sickness.
Show them not the mercy you would show to a wore out slave. The vats are too good for this scum. They need to dealt with in an older manner. Strung up and bled dry of the blood the do not deserve.
The emporer has been chosen and all loyal to the empire must follow him and give our very lives if need be to ensure his ascention to the throne. Do not fail him brothers and sisters, stay vigilant and wary of those that would harm him and stay true to your people and our god.

But of course, civil war is the only real solution to a political problem in any civilized society. God forbid that you should compromise or actually discuss the problems at hand.
Incidentally, Lord Panther is a good one to start with. Anyone that high and mighty is bound to be hazardous.

With the recent discord being sown by supporters of Sarum, I cannot help but remember the last public statement, nay, warning, from our beloved Emperor Heideran VII...
Quote:
"In times as treacherous as these, peace may seem a distant illusion, but we must never stop fighting to achieve and maintain it. Disruptive forces seek tirelessly to tear us apart and it is easy for the weak-minded to follow the flow..."

The Amarrian bible is trash. These so called believers revel in the factless "truth" of their belief. Once again their "holy one" has forgotten to save them. Where are your Gods now butchers? You oppressive monsters justify the******and pillage of the entire Minmatar race for your own ends. Rest assured soon the time for retribution will be at hand.

Sedition? How is it possible to practice sedition against an Emperor who has not yet been crowned?
I was all in favor of the Kor Azor or Tash Murkon house winning the trials as evidenced by several posts made BEFORE the trials. I am not a follower of Sarum or the Ardishapour.
However, I am a follower of the scriptures. They say that the Amarr are the chosen race. It is impossible for me to believe that the three houses who outvoted the more scripture oriented heirs were influenced by god when they did so.
It is equally impossible for me to accept an Emperor championed by a team that included a Minmatar in a trial that was cut short by Concord before it was even fully completed.
It is true that the skill of the winning team is to be commended. However, it is equally true that the Emperor's power rests in part on the willingness of the strongest warriors of Amarr to protect him. That is why only Amarr pilots should have been allowed in the trials.
The Emperor's power also rests on the willingness of the faithful to accept his authority and worship him as the book says "They view their Emperor as the personification of god."
Will they accept an Emperor selected in this way? To give an example from historical Terra, this would be similar to expecting Muslims to accept an Ayatollah selected by a small group that included a Christian or a Jew.
They would no more believe that their leader was selected by the will of their god, then I believe that Doriam was selected by ours.

Here's a question for you Mr. Panther; if the emperor is in fact diety-like, or placed there through God's will, or truely has whatever celestial connections that you claim he does how is it possible for the wrong man or woman to end up on the throne?
Wouldn't a god be able to forsee the involvement of other races in the trials? If one of the canidates had God's favor don't you think they would win regardless of who participated?

Ammar pilots won this trial fool, handicapped as they were with but a lowly minmatar beast to serve as a forth these fine pilots guided by the hands of Heideran carried the day and brought victory to the true heir.
The Emperor's power also rests on the willingness of the faithful to accept his authority and worship him as the book says "They view their Emperor as the personification of god."
I do not simply view the Emperor as the personification of god I accept him with all my heart as do all loyal ammarians. My god is all powerful and knowing and surely if all was not as God intended he would have stuck down with a powerful fury those who fought for Kor Azor.

It is quite possible dog. The choice of heir has been made and god will soon walk among the chosen as has been fortold. By spreading your filth and questioning the validity of our god you renounce all claim to being Ammarrian. To even suggest that the plans of God himself could be effected by Concord tells me you are weak of faith. To publicly decry that our new Emperor is a false god goes beyond this and becomes a crime against our people as a whole. YOU ARE FILTH not worthy of the blood within you. YOU BRING SHAME TO US ALL! You are beyonf redemption. Let us hope your clone is not so infected.

Ain't it possible that your God tried to show u Ammarians the true value of a Minmatar? Ammarians I ask u to share your thoughts on this.

In my book, any Minmatar who wish to bow to the scriptures, and to the will of the Emperor, are welcome in the Empire.

I have alwasy been a strong supporter for the reformation and eventual assimilation of the minmatar who could with the proprer effort follow in the footsteps of the Ni-Kunni.
Throught the light of the scritpures and the skill of the ammarian breeding masters within a few short genreations much could be achieved by the Minimatar race.
IMHO of course.

It is YOU who questions our god by questioning his word as revealed to us. If the Minmatar who championed Doriam does embrace our faith and all that Amarr stands for including slavery, then let him post that here and I will accept your viewpoint.
If he does not we can only assume that seeing the sins of the three houses that allowed inferiors to participate, god abandoned the trials.
And if that is the case we can only pray that he manisfests himself in some other way.

Dream on, we would rather die than serve an Amarr. Do not be so foolish, so as to believe that peace can truly exist between the empires. Even if the slaves are freed, it does not right the wrongs committed against us. There will be a reckoning.
