I don't even AFK ingame all day, if I'm not doing something I log out. Over a year online is ********. (this doesn't include time on the forums, which makes it even worse) I came here escaping the time demands of WOW in 2004, and it's just as bad!

It was a sign from God that today the adjoining C2 had a Hisec exit which lead to my old home system. I took the opportunity to clean out most of the station and moved it to Jita for sale. 230 sell orders later..

Once the last of the caps is finished in the WH I'm going to sell the WH corp lock stock and barrel, PLEX my accounts for a year and go get a life.

Basically sale and importation are "restricted" and technically these restrictions are in fact legally incorrect and not enforceable because Health Canada's own guidelines make a specific exemption for inhalers that provide under .4mg of nicotine per inhalation. If such restrictions are challenged in court the restriction would likely fall. Most retailers only get a letter "recommending" they cease sale of juice containing nicotine. Currently I am aware of one class action suit in it's early stages to challenge Health Canada.

There is no law against owning or using batteries, vaporizering atomizers or any parts associated with. There is no law against owning or using plastic parts associated with cartridges and cartomizers, USB chargers or other battery charging devices.
There is also no law, nor restriction against owning or using food flavoring, PG, VG, or nicotine in low doses (such as that found in eliquids, cigarettes, patches, nicorettes and nicotine inhalers). prescriptions or other permissions are required for higher doses of nicotine.

Schedule F drugs, in general, are controlled in terms of who can distribute them and how - but they are not illegal.
Nicotine is exempted as a schedule F drug when in strengths below 4mg per dosage unit (Food and Drug Regulations) (such as that found in cigarettes, patches, nicorettes, inhalers and eliquid).
There are other Schedule F drugs that have exemptions - such as Ibuprofin (Advil). Non exempt Schedule F's require a prescription - exempt Schedule F's don't. That's the general difference.

Customs can choose to stop any delivery at their own discretion, and have done so occasionally.
A risk is taken each time a shipment goes through customs, but not within the country. A Canadian distributor means they take the risk of losing the money and not you.
I'd suggest ordering from a Canadian distributor.

The only thing even remotely similar I found was an ADVISORY warning from the spring of 2009 warning consumers about e-cigarettes not having been tested properly for use, and no products being yet approved for sale back then.

USE of e-cigarettes was never illegal as far as I know. You can use them as much as you like.
SALES of unauthorized products, yes, those might be illegal, but that's the seller's problem.
There are plenty of sites you can find via Google that sell e-cigarettes that deliver to Canada too.

Basically, just get one from wherever you can. It's NOT illegal. For you. As a consumer. Let the seller worry about his status.

Health Canada still allows the import of flavored zero nicotine cartridges, which is what youGÇÖre striving towards if youGÇÖre looking to quit smoking in the first place. Since electronic cigarette brands that ship to Canada arenGÇÖt always up to date with Canadian laws, most will still send you the nicotine cartridges anyway. However they risk not getting through customs.
