This is it, the time has finally come. After almost two years of activity, from it's roots in Manu Forti and Dark Amarr that were joined to form Ubiqua Seraph has no come to an end. UQS holdings have been disbanded, it's offices closed after the light that guided UQS was snuffed out... murdered by those of whom we sought to guard. I'll speak no more of this now, however know this: UQS has for the past two years waging a shadow war. A war of assassins against those of whom who sought to bring us to our knees. From the inception of the alliance and the wars with our bitter foes Urshra'Khan UQS and AM have been besieged on all sides by calculated blows of GHSC, and the vicious assaults of terrorist groups. We fought, and we won through keeping ourselves alive with brotherhood and true dedication to our cause in both Sarum and the defense of the Empire.
Ubiqua Seraph will remain, it's offices closed but it's spirit will live on. The corp itself will remain as an effigy to it's chief architect; Mirial. It will serve as a testament to her and
Aegis Militia's achievements in it's years of existence.
Not all wanderers are lost, although a shadow flies upon her tomb her spirit will live on in all that she's touched in her life
These words will go with her tomb... it is the only thing I can say that seems fitting.
However, the torch has been passed on, we will now serve a new capacity in bringing the shield to those who need it. Through tome or sword and fire they will have understanding the righteous fire will burn within us all to see that justice prevails and the Empire stays safe from the night.
Those whom seek to destroy us will be defied, those who betray us will be hunted, and those who seek to bar are way will pay the price.

It is with delight that I announce that the last stroke of UQS will not go astray, in last testament to a great corporation it's armies were sent on an operation to avenge those millions who lost their lives due to terrorist attacks in bleak lands.
Thus we have our revenge. A combination of discreet enquiry and forensic examination has led UQS intelligence agents to be able to locate several of the groups responsible for arming SRS terrorist cells with the weapons they used to destroy the civilian colonies in the Bleak Lands.
These sympethisers provided a host of support ranging from small partizan groups to large scale arms manufacturers and training camps.
These are of course military targets set admidst the dirty backwater planets near bleak. A combined arms taskforce was assembled during the lull in the war to launch a counter-offensive against these locations.
Two million civilians dead, and perhaps more to come we should perhaps show no mercy to the staff, and those who harbour them. However, this is a military organisation based on the noble principles of Amarrian faith, had decided thus not to initiate a complete purge. However the Kameira horde has been unleashed.
As of 12:00 22/10 EVE standard time, UQS taskforce achieved orbital insertion of 1st company Marine forces by drop ships into planetry atmosphere. Alongside Kameira infantry by troop transport, and several hundred of Ubiqua Seraph's Paladin class AKVs. With beach-head established, Ground forces launched their preliminary assault on the designated targets.
As UQS diplomats hold talks with the local ruling bodies, Kameiras begin their invasion of sympethiser-held military facilities in the outlying cities to bottle up terrorist sympethiser ground units in their strongholds.

Good riddance to you and your filthy corporation of Empire-loyalist subhumans. Your existence was a stain on the face of New Eden and the blow struck against your CEO by the righteous GHSC was a gift from God himself. You are beneath contempt and I hope that this collapse of your once-great monument to all that is wrong with the Amarr has withered and ruined all of its employees.

If you think just because the corporation UQS is deactivating then all its members are leaving the fight, you need to lay off the crash.

What proves that the end of Ubiqua Seraph wasn't an inevitable , albeit belated , consequence of the assassination of Mirial ? I for one , argue that the enslaver's heartless faith was struck down on that very day - with only indiscriminate hatred remaining. The "spirit" you cling to is a hollow shell by now.

A very sad day for all of us. I will always remember watching UQS fight against amazing odds and come out with a decisive win. Sitting in my new punisher two years ago, watching the mighty geddon strike down with vengence and warp off to engadge another target somewhere else.

I have simply had my fill of defending the weak and impotent, fighting on the behalf of loud mouthed old priests and nobles who would rather not give me the time of day.

Fire left behind? Good Lord no, we've just come out of the fire reforged but renewing our vows and dedication to the Empire that is.
UQS remnants military forces are still strong and capable, although I do regret to inform that diplomatic channels in regards to exercising terrorist sympethisers from [CENSORED] planetry government have fallen through.
Nothing to deter our ground operations though, I would prefer not getting caught in another extensive ground campaign so have authorised use of tactical ordnance against military and infrastructure targets against [CENSORED] main cities.
