The gutter press allways wakes up when they see some VIPs
Our counterstatement is that we just moved all the Veldspar we mined in our Obelisk when some Blood Raiders wanted to attack it. So we jumped in "mama" and scared them away. The problem is: when VIPs leave their car, then a crowd of fans, histeric Gallente girls and Amarr stalkers usually shows up.

It might be the time for an official statement.
There are several reasons why TDG has a Nyx:
- We are VIPs
- Simplify logistics/movement
- Defend ourself against blobs
- Jump qeues are dangerous
- Traveling costs time, time is money
- Mobile station in 0.0
- It can scoop ships when people log of at the gate 
10 carriers are worth more than a Nyx. But as small pirate corp (3-5 online at evening) we simply need the Nyx to adapt to Kali. I also refuse to get a good standing to NPC corps, so a Nyx is the only way for us to use jumpclones. We do not plan to use it much in combat - it¦s just our mobile base.

Yeah, when they log off while being scrambled, the mothership can scoop the logger ship within 15 minutes.
