To be more specific, my agent standing after 33 missions and several healthy bribes is excellent. So just what does my standing have to be to get a level 3 agent.
Also, am I to take it you have to do a **** load of level 3 missions to start getting implants and a **** load more to get Tech 2 BP's?

Around 60 - 70 Missions by Level 2 Agents.
To the first Implantat around 50 Mission
to the BP some talk on this forum abount 200 missions other one up to 400 and more.

Was wondering too.
My lvl 2 agent (-17%) gave me 3 other lvl 2 between 40 and 50 missions, now done 70 and still no lvl 3.

My level 2 agent gave me the first referral (another level 2) at 62 missions. Then between missions 65 and 86, I've received no less than 3 level 3 agents.

Got lvl 2 (+17) at 33 missions.
Got lvl 3 (+17) at lvl 70 with 1 failed mission. (Trying to kill a 20k rat firing missiles with only an imicus sucks.)
Got first implant at 70 missions, than second one at 93 and, 4-6, at 110 and 112 and 120. (Dont know how I got so lucky.) Now at 134.
I have 3 other lvl 3 agents from referral.
Charisma: 17
Social: 3
Trade: 2
Bartering: 2
Balck Market: 1

I got my lvl 3 agent after 79 missions at lvl 2
I didnt get referred to any other agents at all.
I didnt fail any missions.

someone told me that some corps dont have lvl 3 agents maybe the agent you have cant give you one

my level 2 (Awesome, +17%) has only given me level 1s as referrals. What th-
If you click the info for the agent's corp you will see ALL agents they have. I dunno who told you "some corps don't have level 3" but it sounds like a silly rumour.
Oh, and the silly git keeps trying to sell me slaves, too. And if someone is insystem tapping me on the shoulder, he'll tell me (if i ask) for a mere 500 isk.
Bleah. I'd just about rather go lick scord. Travel is nice. Travelling the same freakin' 3 routes over and over again is teh suck. Renaming my ship the "OSC Tedium."

54 level 2 missions to get my lvl3 agent ;)
then 28 missions of lvl3 for my 1st implant
then mission 34 was an inplant mission also :)
it took me 32 missions of lvl1 to get my lvl2 btw

but where the heck can u get the black market and bartering skills never saw them on market? :( i've been playing since begin august this year btw :)

Depends on your social skill. If I start a new agent I begin getting lvl 2 agents at about 15 missions and lvl 3 agents at about 40 missions. I ahve lvl 4 social and charisma is 13.

Actually it has absolutely nothing to do with your social skill. The system is borked, thats why the devs are doing an absolute total rewrite of the system. I'll give you my personal experience, charisma 16 social skill 4, first corporation i received a lvl 3 after about 75 missions while a second corporation hasn't deemed fit to give me a lvl 3 even though i've done 128 missions for one lvl 2 and another 75 missions for a second within that same corporation without one failure.
Needless to say i've gone back to mining and rat hunting, rather than bang my head against the wall, until the devs finally get the new system in. Not that the new system will work without bugs and glitches.
I've just decided to sit on the sidelines and wait.
So in answer to the first posters question my reply would be, under the current system who the feck knows.

I thought (until recently) I had the record... no missions failed, all "Awesome" sgents
Level 1-2:- 79 missions
Level 2-3:- 101 missions (just made the mark :) )
