The reason the leadership isn't very strong is because there's little distinction. We're less a militaristic corp than we are a group of friends.

If you try really really hard and put all your time into the game and do everything everyone could possibly want... you'll probably get kicked out of the corp as a spy. But you can move up.

We don't do ship reimbursement, since being a pirate means being poor almost 100% of the time. We can help you with your wallet if you hit a rough patch, but don't expect to be spoon fed.

We've been on a sniping binge lately. I expect this trend to break soon, as I'm almost finished training for recons, and a friend of mine in the corp is (I think) almost done training heavy drones 5, plus we are about to have a few people with capital ships.

I don't think you'll find much more fun than what we have in Crest, we're all about it. Teamwork... sometimes we have problems with that. But in the long run, if you participate, I can guarantee you'll have fun here.
