I get this error when tryin to get on sisi Incompatible (Release). What does this error mean?

it means they are most likely putting kali on it right now for release tommarow

Even with the correct version (26098) you would no be able to connect to Sisi.
All you would get on login would be: "Handshake failed: Username must match VIP list."
