Warfare mods, and If you have your skills in shiled tanking, cyclone will still be better then the hurricane. The cyclone can also fit 4 med shield or armor rep drones. Cyclone makes a good poor-mans claymore.

think the Cyclone got hurt bad, maybe if its shield boosting mod was changed to a missile boosting mod, ala the typhoon it might fair a bit better, but that's just me.

Thats the way it should be, one ship for damage, one for utility, like Recons are.

Thats what the teir1 bc's were when they came out, some I would say they would settle around there, but be really high from the start.
