"13.04"?
Should that be April 2015, i.e. 15.04?
According to https://updates.eveonline.com/date/2015-04-28 SKINs (and Two-Factor Authentication) is expected to arrive on April 28th? Together with further changes (nullsec ores and iHub)?

Well - the update has not happened yet, as we found an annoying bug with the HUD (the HUD broke completely after changing ship) in the last minute. I'll update here as soon as we have a fix for it.

Whats this? Is it something to do with the ship skins shown at fanfest, if so how does one access it?
Derp, seems I have selective reading today.

CCP Goliath wrote: Damage Control Module Icon
I have to warn you. There will be riots about this.
You see, in RU community the common term for DCU is -ç-¦-+-+-¦-¦-+. That is, a suitcase (because of icon). And just like with Damage Control, we use it as a verb too (-ç-¦-+-+-¦-¦-+-+-é-î, lit. to suitcase. That is, to damage control).
And since the suitcase icon is gone, the phrase loses it's meaning. It's like renaming Damage Control to Hull Hardener or something, and then, suddenly, you can't damage control anymore, because you don't even have a DCU, mister Anderson.
Now there's a storm rising on the ru forums. Well, a little twister at this point because not many people follow sisi news, but when the update hits TQ...
On a completely unrelated note, the icon itself while nicely done looks out of place. Like it's been ripped out of some other game. probably has something to do with colours and rounded edges. |

Any luck fixing the Mac SiSi client? It downloads the initial launcher update, quits on completion - then when you re-launch alternates between "Downloading EVE Launcher Update" and "Installing Files" (no progress bar update). I downloaded a clean client and ran it with the "--args /server:87.237.38.50" argument through Terminal.
I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

I was able to update my old Sisi client on my Mac without problems (but I think it had already all launcher updates). Have you tried to make a fresh copy of your TQ client and update this one?

I'm not sure it's a feature from this particular version, but I can confirm that launching structures (a control tower in my case) from the fleet hangar of a DST works. However, you cannot scoop it back to your fleet hangar, as far as I know. |

It would be nice if we could scoop the same way we deploy. Drag the item to the inventory. That way we can scoop to wherever, without a zillion menu entries.

Hey I realize this may not be the proper place for this question, but im gonna ask anyway.
I want to install a Sisi client on my pc. Since DoD released, which is the best way to go about that?
1. Download file from Eve website
or
2. Copy my Eve file into another folder?
Thanks!

Option 2. is better (and might be the only option if you installed EVE with a new installer). First copy the EVE folder and then setup the appropriate shortcut with /server:Singularity. See Evelopedia for more details.

Would maybe increase the visibility of the side panel prompt (The arrows pushing left) maybe have "Ship Skins" written under them in small writing.
Had a few issues trying to find it at first (knowing that they would be on the fitting panel somewhere). Someone who doesn't know about it might not ever find it. Increasing visibility will make more people click on it out of curiosity which could increase possibly increase conversion of buyers.

Sansha control towers use the gallente model instead of the amarr model they should have.
Also, 9 days before the release is out, time to find a name!
Edit: The POS anchoring animation is still in the wrong direction. It should start at the center and go outward. Nobody builds the other way around

To assemble the structure during the anchoring process, it is important that the stream of particles is not blocked by parts of that structure that are already in place. Any construction can be build from many places and then meet in the centre if you are good with measuring tools. Lasers are the ultimate measuring tools, add nanomachines and you can build what your heart desires in vacuum of the space.

And yet it is a valid counter example to your Nobody builds that way comment. In fact, no one starts in the middle and builds outwards - buildings start at the bottom and work their way up. Bridges just have two bottoms, as it were, so it's more efficient to start at both ends and work towards the center.

Except when they don't. Some buildings start from the top floor and go down, with the whole thing on stilts until it's done. With cob houses, you make the roof first and raise it into position, then build up the walls underneath it.
The only right way to build a structure is the way that results in a completed structure. There are lots of possible approaches.
