I have no idea of his being sarcastic or not, but I honestly don't think the standing's gonna make me look any more scary than I already do.

Kublai, that was me, and I had just jumped into your system and I saw a couple of members of your corp and I thought I would be sniped or killed at the gate. I thought that by talking up you could ransom me if I got in your claws instead of just shooting me up.
I'm turning into a huge carebear nowadays... RL time constraints...

I think its a great idea... it makes doing things like pirating hurt the pirates a little more and makes standings a bit more important. Makes sense.
