Also, in all seriousness, I believe simple common sense is a major factor in what if anything would be permissive and allowed. Make an obvious attempt to keep it civil can go a long way with this sort of thing. I would suggest reading through the EULA or any other ToS just to insure you don't overlook something though. The fact that this thread hasn't been insta-locked shows something, if nothing else.
