This would solve nothing and be another layer of drones. Additionally there shouldn't be NPCs doing players' jobs when it comes to pvp, that would be a downhill slide. Eve is not guild wars. Everything you have described is already part of the game but requires interaction with other players. If that is not what people want from EVE then they are playing the wrong game. EVE is not a solo game, you can play it solo, and you can achieve stuff, but the best parts of the game require interaction. If this is what you want from EVE then I suggest you need to find a suitable Strategy game to play, not a sandbox MMORPG. Friends
