Had a bit of a brain storm last night and thought of a possible design for another Tech 2 Destroyer or maybe a Tech 2 ship that could use the hull of the new Tier 2 BC's
The idea:
Same principle as the interdiction sphere launcher but instead of deploying a bubble that stops people in warp how about a bubble that cloaks all members of the players gang.
The items:
covert ops sphere launcher
Fitting:
powergrid 1 MW
cpu 10000 tf
ROF: 240 sec
Charge: 1
Cloaking Probe
max velocity 0 m/sec
mass 1 kg
volume 10 m3
Cloaking range 40000m
used with (launchergroup) covert ops sphere launcher
The ship:
bonus's
Destroyer Skill Bonus: general destroyer skills
New Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to somthing and 10% bonus to covert ops sphere launche rate of fire per level
Skills:
Not to sure what skills would be needed or how high a skill level required but is should be in line with the covert ops cloak and at a reasnoble level to promote specilization.
Benifits:
Well i ghess it would add a whole new feild to hit and run and surprise attacks, it could also be a good way of hiding details about your fleet to the last moment
Cons:
Well thats what the post is for to see what people hate and like about the idea.
Just posted this up to see if anyone else thinks this is a good idea or if its a rubbish idea, flames are always welcome but please dont troll.

a web bubble is kinda a double edged sword, one enless your using a snipper fleet outside the web bubble its gonna affect u as well so close range combat is out of the question, and having a web bubble will mean that its gonna tke less time for the craft in there (if there already moving) to warp out.

a snare bubble sounds interesting, how would u use it to your advantage, i mean it seems a bit overowered specially if combined with a warp diruptor bubble, and if used near gates. the cloak bubble does sound a bit overpowered yes, maybe reduce the range to 5km and have it for small gangs, and also make it so that it only cloaks people who have not been targeted. i realy would like to see other idea's though, specially around the bubble principle, it adds a nice tactic to combat.
