What is the difference between Tabula Rasa Systems and Jericho Fraction specifically. I saw the experience of Tabula Rasa Systems was higher. What's the average experience or low end on TRS?

Its friendly competition between the two corporations as to which is better. TR-S like to claim they are the better of the two but its rather clear they are fooling themselves. 
There is not much difference between the two corps save who is in corpchat. And, that Jericho is, of course, the better 
Anyhow, the war with Kimotoro Directive is over, but more nationalist and enclosurist dogs lie on the horizon, join the revolution today and you too can help free the minds of the galaxy by mercilessly toasting those who would impose their regressive ideologies.
And let me assure you, there is no shortage of opposition to toast.

There's something wonky with the logon for the updated linky to the new forum... at least if you're me.

I can honestly say, having dealt with JF as well as Star Fraction, that this is one of the best groups of players hands down. Dedicated, Motivated, Educated and Successful.

Jericho has also re-opened recruitment, yes.
The age limit is generally a "final word", but no hurt in talking anyway, since under good circumstances exceptions might be made.

T2 BPOs are privately held. We do get some t2 ships and modules for discounted price, but it is not a source of income for the alliance.
We just make ISK any way we can. Ratting, mining, missioning, pvp loot. Depends on what one likes and does best.
