Unfortunately the GMs know exactly what he¦s doing but dont give a crap about it.

Its more that it's so easy to avoid its not even funny and you can still help out nubbins on missions.
Yes, dont accept gang invites from lofty29. Unfortunately not everyone reads the forum or knows you even ingame.

Unfortunately for the mission runners of the world flying eBay-bought faction ships, GMs have said a number of times that it is not an exploit
Petition those that say that. Dont assume that all mission runners need to run to ebay for good stuff.

Leave the Gang next time. It worked for a friend of mine. It might be a bug but concorde killed the Sneaky Varmit. My friend was a new player so the nasty deserved it.
In that case, it IS taking advantage of the pilot's confusion and is legitimate. If the pilot attacks back, he's dead. Otherwise he can just leave the gang and he's not a valid target any more. Nice.
It happens that you can still be shot after leaving the gang due to a timer for session change for some minutes (dunno the exact time).

Huh?
The instant Lofty fires, the mission runner can fire back. Not only that... the mission runner can fire back for up to 15 minutes after Lofty stops firing.
I want to see how you fire back when you are getting jammed by his mates and fired upon by at least 2 BS with guns, drones, nos and whatnot and your corp just can sit there and watch how you die without a chance to help you.

Its funny how little you know. Session change timer? Minutes long? As soon as they leave the gang, I can no longer shoot them.
I know ppl that experienced this.

There was a sentence in the EULA that you should not use tactics that gains you an unfair advantage. But its gone now. Interesting.
