To the OP sorry to hear about that. To lofty you always been a jerk, in game and in forums. Lofty always hangs around Motsu just being a general jerk. He works alone because he has a problem getting on with others. Can't wait for him to quit and join WOW where he will find kids of his own mental age.

Kids of my own mental age? 90% of the people playing WoW are too dumb to realise that its a really ****ty spinoff, feasting off the popularity of the Warcraft RTS series. As far as I know, I have never met you, so how can you judge that I am such a jerky jerk of jerkyness? Its a bit rash making judgements about people like that, when you havent even met them. I try to be polite most of the time, and even when I'm omfgwtfyarrbbqing carebear faction ships, I approach them with decency in hope of a ransom, rather than going 'OI ***** GIMME MY MONEY!'

Unfortunately the GMs know exactly what he¦s doing but dont give a crap about it.
Its more that it's so easy to avoid its not even funny and you can still help out nubbins on missions.
To the OP: Quote in your petition/appeal the above that Lofty29 has indeed admitted to using an exploit to avoid the warning when joining his gang. You may get your kit back. I am sure there is also something within the EULA (look it up and quote it too) this should warrant Lofty29 a ban for using this kind of exploit.
