Julianus Soter wrote:Today GMVA engaged and destroyed an Ishtar-Class heavy assault cruiser inside the Okkamon system. Subsequently, Gallente Militia forces liberated Caldari State Protectorate Lill Boomer of a high-grade crystal omega implant set and numerous other illicit implants and augmentations. The total value of this was 2.3 billion isk. The Gallente Federal Defense Union reimbursed our forces with a sum of fifty-thousand loyalty points.
While Soter gloats over destroying one ship by his whole fleet, I just myself in the designated system has downed gallentean Vexor and Vexor Navy Issue. Both wrecks were secured and remaining gallentean crewmembers were eliminated.
And that's just me, but I am not alone, there are many other brave Caldari men and women, who are fighting in Okkamon against gallentean occupants, and can destroy hostile forces as efficiently as I do.
You see, Soter, the system is most of the time pretty much secure. You don't blockade anything, you are just making your pity pirating raids. But soon you will be caught as well and made and example of. You can't run all the time.
Remember, Soter. Punishment for piracy in the State is death. |

Scare quotes around a name? That's, um, creative.
So! Since you've taken Reitsato, have you made any progress on Okkamon? And not lost anything else? Because I get the impression the State has been making a push, and you've lost two systems since your last announcement.

But what right do you have to tell about it? You, Makoto Priano, not just evade your service as a citizen (are you at all anymore?..) to fight gallentes with pirates, not just in Okkamon, but in any system in a warzone, but also has shown yourself unable to stand for your own words, choosing dishonorable cowardice ( https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=5150253 ).
You aren't better than this Soter, who is afraid to bring his pirating "blockade" he advertised so loudly. |

Oh, it's better than that, pilot Laney. Since Soter's declaration, the State has retaken Reitsato, and also taken Alamel, Hirri, Odamia, Iwisoda, and Rakapas. Admittedly, the Federation also took Innia, but I'd call this a fairly solid trade at a net four up for the State.

The Okkamon campaign has been called to a close and military forces reassigned to more high-priority systems.
I'd like to note that Alamel, Hirri, Odamia, and Iwisoda are low-priority systems with absolutely no strategic value. One cannot say the same for Innia.
Regarding Rakapas, well, I won't mention the deep-seated collaborationism between the pirate organization Snuffbox and the Caldari State Protectorate if you don't, ok? ;)

Innia inportant????
You seriously didn't notice we took it and then simply left without a care about it ?
We took it because we were told we couldn't.
Our point was proven and we packed up our bongos and went home.

I for one will be enjoying some new hardware once the desing specs have been released to capsuleer populace desings which you also will have access to. Plus its propably one of more poorly kept secrets that Federation has their own t3 destroyer in the prototype phase.
As far as i figure Jackdaw propably will never see front line fleet action in empires hands due to material restriction of requiring components from wormhole space to manufacture like all Tech 3 ships and none of the empires as far as i know have permanent presence in wormholes and are restricted by the amount of material capsuleers gather and sell. |
