very effective pvp pilot looking for new home. question to me now is not what do I have to offer but what do YOU. Empire carebears need not answer, I am not interested in helping you form or train your new corp. I am not interested in production, mining, or mission running (although the latter will do in a pinch for isk). If one of your requirements is mandatory mining ops do not answer. I am interested solely in a PvP corp looking for a self sufficient pilot.
My Abilities focus mainly toward shield tanking, Caldari pilot (yes this is an alt) with minny hac and FC ship capability. And yes I can equip them with tII equipment from highs to lows.
I fly all races frigs-BS and can equip them quite nicely, caldari af, inty, minmatar hac and fc, tier 3 BS capable on all races also. If your a corp who kits all wcs in the lows, dont answer, I fight with honor, I lose ships with honor, and I earn the isk to buy new ones myself.
Sound*****y? Sry, but I know my capabilities. Serious established corps only, no FBN wannabe's.
I am an adult, I use ts, I drink and swear like a 2$ hooker without an itch, if thats a problem... again dont answer. I have the attitude strictly that you get what you give. You want a patsy, dont answer. Ex-military Spec7, yeah it was phased out in 86 gives you an idea of my age, by the time I decided to pass on my re-up I was the only one left.
I am a rebel, I dont question orders at the time but if something was questionable I will speak up about it later.
So now you have it, if your not interested dont blow smoke up my *** move on and get with someone elses program. If you are interested then reply here or eve mail this character. I will get back to you within 48 hours at the most.

Come check out Halfwits. We're a low sec corp that does pvp, industry and the occasional mishing and mining. We're based in the north in Pure Blind. We're well organized and have a great industry to help our pilots. We build all t1 ships at a discount to corp mates and provide free modules and ammo.

We are a 0.0 based corp with an industrial and a security branch, and are self-sufficient. We make ships, mine, loose ships, shoot at people, make more ships and stuff like that and if you want to, you can too, just send me an Eve-mail 8)

I think that we can match most of what you're looking for. Our corp has a long history in 0.0 space with plenty of chances for active pvp and relatively quier areas for isk making when appropriate. Of course we use TS, and we're mostly adults with a smattering of younger players. We have both experienced FC's and oppurtunities for advancement if that's your thing.
One caveat, we have a mining op once a week that many of the members participate in, but I doubt it's mandatory.

OK, read your post and yes you do sound like you're being very specific but at the end of the day when choosing a corp there's no point in *****-footing (another word for a cat, sheesh) about...
The Initiative are a small group of dedicated PVP pilots. Our lowest skill point character is 18m and the vast majority of the corp have been there and done that.
A little about us:
+ Live for PVP
+ Self-sufficient
+ Occassionally rat in 0.0, but only to fund PVP when we're not busy.
+ War dec anyone we take particular exception to
+ Use TS/strict command protocol during fights - it's the only way to get things done
+ All over 18
+ Mostly UK based, although we have a few other reprobates that seem to like us too :)
What we're not:
- Interested in an alliance
- Interested in getting involved in fights over space, pos wars etc
- Lovers of big fleets (+50 people ftl)
- A bunch of smacktarding muppets (we keep local quiet unless it's friendly chat)
Give either myself,Jambo or Tranzferr a shout if you're interested.

Based on your requirements, the following is how well Repo Industries can meet them:
-------------------------
No carebears - CHECK
Not a new corp - CHECK
No Production, mining, or mission running - CHECK (Repo does encourge our pilots to run some missions so that our pilots can gain access to locator agents)
Solely a pvp corp - CHECK
Corp that kits wcs in low - Repo pilots will fit what's appropriate for the situtation. If we're flying agianst 3-to-1 odds or using a 1 bil bait ship, then WCS is fair game.
Adults that drinks, swears, and like $2 hookers - CHECK, you'll fit right in with some of our pilots.

In addition to the above, Repo can provide you with constant, non-stop empire wars. A lot of times we will not have the luxuary of having fights brought to us, but instead Repo and her pilots will have to bring the fighting to their victims. Repo pilots are hunters. This is how we make our living, by blowing stuff up, collecting loot, and watching our wallets blink.

Sounds like you should check out Intermind Unlimited. We are a well established 0.0 corporation who not only has a good PvP team, but enough industry behind it to pay the bills and a good alliance as well. Check Intermind Unlimited out when you are looking for a laid back but organized mid-sized corporation with PVP as a primary interest, but not exclusive interest, everyone has a role! If you are looking for l33t dud3z or kiddies, there are plenty of other corps out there better suited for that. We have people in all TZs but mostly Euro and US.
