hp boost, all sounds ok and all... and would both be crap and great in fleet sniping battles (as soon as the ppl trained the skills for it)... because you dont die as fast as you normally would... but you cannot kill the enemy before he warps off...
capital ships getting this bonus = great... or else, give capital ships more resistances... make it able to survive long... make it really matter in gangs... unless wasting money if you are on the front line... because everybody wants a capital ship killmail...
if you insist giving the hp boost, because it renders armor repairers and shield boosters next to useless... an X-Large Shield booster with Shield Boost Amplifier boosts 8% of my shields back on my Raven every 4 seconds... my cap dies very fast... but i can tank a lot of damage for a limited time (as long as my cap800's last)... but this item won't be able to boost even 2% of the huge shields of a Raven in Kali... and thus rendering the shield boosters useless... what will i fit in stead? well, Shield Rechargers ofcourse... i bet these will repair my shields faster thenmy booster... and it doesn't use any cap...
also boost the cap of amarr, gallente and caldari rail boats... because in long battles... the cap will run out... and no cap = dead ship, no more weapons, no more defences... this would make Caldari Missile ships and the Minmatar ships overpowered, and also gives an advantage to the Gallente drone boats... amarr would perish as a race... completely dying because of lack of cap because of the high cap usage... and it cannot keep it's tank up because of the high hp on the armor... it will slowly die...
all other armor tankers would have the same problem... armor cannot regenerate without using cap... the rigs also gimp the armor...
i see dark ages comming for the Amarr... i also predict the time that the Minmatar race enslaves their former masters because their masters simply don't have the power to keep fighting for extended periods... and extended periods will come with the hp boost...
